Very nice lady at the counter was a very helpful with getting our job dealt with. Very quick and convenient. However the cost was a little on the pricier side of the spectrum which was okay because of how the service was dealt with so smoothly. Great employees that were extremely helpful. Not at all organized! I did not like this store, to begin with, because most of their scrubs do not have price tags on them, even if you ask them how much they cost. They do not even know the price until they scan! The scrub had foundation on it, so I asked if they had any new ones I could purchase. She simply rubbed it and said, "See, it's clean!" I had to order my childs school uniform from this store and I wish I had another choice, but unfortunately the schools uniforms are only through this store. I'm giving them only a 2 star as they had poor customer service. I ordered and paid over $250 worth of product and more than half of the shirts weren't available that day. The tshirts were available a month after and the long sleeves were ready for pick up 2 months after I ordered and paid. When I came to pick up the long sleeves and ended up buying few more items, they did not apologize for the delay and they would not even give me a small discount. She even wrote my number wrong so she Couldn't call me to tell me there was something wrong with my order. I visited this store for the first time on Thursday looking for some scrubs last minute. The store offered a lot of different styles, but not many sizes were available. The lady who works there was very helpful though and was able to find the size of shirt I needed at their Pasadena store. She was very friendly and provided good customer service. The clothes are good quality however they did have a bad smell. Luckily it came out completely with one wash. Overall it was convenient and a good experience. The only thing that would make it better would be if they offered more sizes at their store since most of the time I would not have had the time to go all the way to Pasadena to get the correct shirt. I would go back if I ever need another uniform on short notice again. read more

Completely unprofessional. My daughter's uniform is still not ready for pick up, despite placing my order on June 15, 2018. Today is the first day of school, and still no uniform. I followed up 3 separate times yesterday for status, and each time, I was told it would be ready by 11 pm. There was no apology, no explanation provided. The absurd thing is, my daughter's uniform was already provided to them - all they needed to do was patch over the old name with my daughter's name. Terrible customer service. I had ordered my kids school uniforms weeks ago. She promised to have them one week before school starts and she never had them ready. All I needed was a standard off the rack size for my school that she is contracted with. Nothing special nor custom! I keep calling to see when it will be ready and the rude girl answering just puts me on hold on a forever hold because she does not want to answer my question as to when it will be ready. Their service is beyond horrible. I've been dealing with them for 6 years now and every year there's an issue. It's unfortunate they have a monopoly and I'm forced to buy from them every year. Insane asylum - what this place is. They will take your money for the order and lie to you that it will be ready tomorrow. Or the day after. Or the day after that. But you will be chasing them for your child's uniform until you are blue in the face. The most disorganized store with the most obnoxious lady running it. I came to the store two weeks before the school started ( Rose&Alex Pilibos start on August 17th, I was there July 30th!!) and was told that uniforms will be arriving in the next few days, so they promised to call as soon as they have our order. I might add that my order did not include anything requiring alterations - standard size jumpers and polos. A few days rolls by ....crickets. So, I called to check and received the same answer - we will call you. A week is gone and I met with some parents that ordered the uniforms not at the store but through the school and they were in the same situation. At this point, frustrated and annoyed, I decided to go to the store. Big surprise !!! The store was full of angry customers demanding their orders. She ( I don't know if she is the owner or the manager but anytime you ask for assistance other employees call her for help) was giving out one polo and one jumper per customer because there was a shortage. What shortage ??? The school had the same color/style uniforms for the last 10 years! It's not like the number of pupils doubled overnight or they changed the style. Well, school starts in 2 days and I have 1 shirt and 1 jumper. And she told me not to worry because the rest of my order will be ready next week. Yes, I believe that. NOT. It's beyond understanding how this place could be in business maybe the owner has a relative on the Pilibos Board of whoever is in charge of uniform ordering - the only reason I would keep a contract with this store. I really do wish there could be another retailer distributing the uniforms because I would pay premium just to avoid dealing with Modella Uniforms ever again in my life. read more

Unfortunately there is no zero star as an option for reviewing this business. My daughters are going to first steps for the past two years and both years I had awful experience with this store. First year they embroidered my daughters initials wrong and had to wait another extra week for correction on top of three month wait to receive the order. But this year it was more disaster. I ordered my twins uniforms in June and received one of them first week of September ( with two weeks delay already ) and they said the other one will be ready in few days and few days means exactly today, over a month delay to receive my order. The worst part is them lying about the order every single time I was calling and kept giving me different dates to come pick up the order and still the uniforms weren't ready. Unfortunately with our school this is the only place to order our uniforms otherwise I would stay away and run from this useless business place. TERRIBLE customer service. My daughter starts school tomorrow and I had not heard from these people regarding her uniform so I called them yesterday to inquire. I was told I would get a call from them by the end of day to pickup. This morning I called them a second time as I had not heard from them and I was told they will look for the uniform and call me back as they don't have it on their "list". I waited a few hours and called them back a third time. She told me they can't locate her uniform and will continue to look for it. I told her I don't live in the area and I'm literally driving around waiting for her call back. She said she will check the receipt book and call me back in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I went to the shop. I told the lady up front I called several times and they weren't able to locate my uniform she told me to wait a few minutes as another lady went to the back to get it. I assumed they found it! The other lady comes out and hands me the wrong order. I told her I was the one who called 3 times and she said she can't find my order and she would need to check her receipt book. I patiently waited another 15 minutes for her to search her receipts books. She said she can't find my order in her receipt book and asked me for the receipt. I told her I would have to go home to search for it, although I don't recall getting a receipt from them. She handed me the receipt books and asked me to search for my receipt. As I was searching for my receipt I noticed all of the customer copies were there. She then told me they usually don't give out receipts unless requested by the customer. Then she tells me to wait a while longer so they can figure out what to do. So I patiently waited another 15 minutes while she and the owner conveniently help other customers, who keep storming in. I finally just lost is and stormed out. It wasn't until I told them I will contact the school about this when she started to apologize. Extremely rude and unprofessional!!!! read more

I've never had a problem with them and I buy all my scrubs from them. They have great prices and they have a variety of styles to chose from. They can order anything you'd like aswell. Oh they alter the scrubs for free if you need them done (if you purchased it there). They are great! And they're so close by to me. It's so worth it! read more

I just visited this place on a fluke, after an exhaustive effort to find scrubs that fit a big chested, yet petite girl like myself. Its a small store with a lot of merchandise. The sweet lady that runs the place was so helpful and even offered to hem up the pants for me. I got my scrubs and will always return for any additional needs. How can an establishment not have uniforms ready after placing an order 3 months ago? They are rude, provide zero customer service and do not communicate efficiently with their customers. I turned up at 6pm one night (not knowing that was closing time). Emma greeted me and said no problem about the closing time. She helped me for about 45 mins finding 5 different sets of scrubs. Some of them did not fit but were pinned for alteration by Emma. After all the attention I let her know the reason I needed a smaller size was because I recently went through chemo/radiation and lost weight and was going back to work in the next few days. Sure enough, my scrubs were altered (perfectly) and ready for my return to work. Thank you Emma. I went back to order more and received more good service from Emma and Susie. I am in utter disbelief at the way in which they treat their customers. They are not even deserving of a star. I can't even begin to tell you the numerous times that this company has failed me. This is the 4th time they have lied as well as managed to completely mess up my order. Over a month ago I placed an order for my children. I was told pick up would be ready in 4 days. After not hearing from them I called. They said they needed 2 more days. Again I followed up and they yet again gave me the run around. Fabricated lies about the order and then said that it should be ready in a week. By this point we are on week 2. When I contacted them at the promised date, they said that it still wasn't ready. Now week 3 and no uniforms. Meanwhile no one has the common courtesy to contact me and update me on the various "delays." Week 5 I finally receive a call to pick up my order. I arrive to find that the sizes are not what I had ordered. You can imagine my frustration at this point. The owner, Emma, continues to reassure me that they will prepare the correct order and I can come back in 2 days. So after 5 weeks of waiting, they don't manage to get my order correct and still have no decency to apologize for their mistake.
