If I could give Shift It Moving LLC 100 stars, I absolutely would. I want to publicly express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Westley and his incredible crew for providing one of the most outstanding, compassionate, professional, and life-changing moving experiences I have ever had. After the unexpected passing of my beloved aunt on December 21, 2025, I was left with the heartbreaking responsibility of sorting through her life, gathering her belongings, and clearing out my grandparents' home for an out-of-state move. She had no children of her own, and as her only niece, this responsibility fell entirely on me. Mentally, emotionally, and physically, I was overwhelmed beyond words. I was grieving, exhausted, emotionally shattered, and struggling to function through one of the hardest seasons of my life. Then I found Shift It Moving LLC. From my very first conversation with Westley, I immediately knew I was in good hands. He wasn't just knowledgeable and experienced -- he was compassionate, patient, understanding, and incredibly kind during a time when I truly needed grace the most. For nearly THREE MONTHS leading up to my move on May 8th and May 9th, Westley stayed in communication with me, checked on my progress, reassured me, and helped guide me through a moving process that felt impossible. I had to reschedule FOUR TIMES due to emotional stress and delays, and not once did he make me feel bad, pressured, or charge me extra. That level of professionalism and humanity is rare today. One of the things that impressed me most was the state-of-the-art technology Shift It Moving LLC uses. Westley conducted a full virtual walkthrough of my grandparents' home to provide an accurate quote without requiring me to be physically present. The pricing was beyond fair for the caliber of service they provide. He also gave me valuable advice on: * choosing the correct storage unit size * packing fragile items properly * organizing the move efficiently * maximizing space and reducing unnecessary costs And let me say this clearly: Westley is an organizational GENIUS. He wastes absolutely NO time and NO space. He can look at boxes, furniture, storage units, and truck space and instantly know how to make everything fit perfectly. His work is EXTREMELY neat, strategic, efficient, and professional. On moving day, even though I still wasn't fully prepared, Westley and his crew stepped in calmly and immediately got to work. They wrapped my family's furniture with care using moving blankets and shrink wrap, treated every belonging with respect, and even packed items that I hadn't finished preparing. Nothing rattled them. Not the emotional stress. Not the dust-covered garage boxes that had been sitting for years. Not the chaos. Not the pressure. They handled everything with patience, grace, speed, and professionalism. And I have to mention this because it genuinely blew me away: Westley is a TIME MANAGEMENT MASTER. If he says he'll arrive at 8:45 AM, understand that he and his crew will be there at 8:45 AM sharp, greeting you professionally and already preparing to work. By 8:50 AM they are fully moving -- and they DO NOT stop until the job is done. The three of them work like a perfectly synchronized machine. Fast. Focused. Respectful. Strong. Efficient. Pleasant. Professional. Honestly, the best way I can describe Westley is a cross between Sonic the Hedgehog and Bam Bam -- incredibly fast and unbelievably strong. By the end of the move, I found myself emotional all over again -- but this time from gratitude. In the middle of my tears, exhaustion, and grief, one thing Westley unknowingly taught me was grace, resilience, and calmness under pressure. And I need the world to know this: If it were not for Westley and his team at Shift It Moving LLC, I would NOT be in the peaceful, calm, flow-state mindset that I am in today. People think a moving company simply transports boxes and furniture. No. The RIGHT moving company can help carry you emotionally through one of the hardest transitions of your life. Shift It Moving LLC did that for me. If you are searching for: * the best moving company * professional movers * long-distance movers * out-of-state movers * reliable moving services * careful furniture movers * affordable luxury moving services * organized movers * trustworthy movers * efficient movers who actually care STOP SEARCHING. Hire Shift It Moving LLC. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and stand firmly behind their professionalism, integrity, compassion, organization, work ethic, and ability to get the job done at the highest level. Thank you, Westley. Thank you to your entire crew. I will never forget what you did for me and my family. read more

I cannot recommend Shift It Moving highly enough -- they truly earned every single one of these five stars! We recently moved from Southern California to Northern California, and Shift It Moving made what is usually a stressful, exhausting process feel completely effortless and seamless. Wesley, the owner, was the absolute star of the entire move. From our very first conversation, he was incredibly polite, professional, and quick to respond. His attention to detail was exceptional -- he personally packed the whole kitchen himself with incredible care, making sure every fragile item and piece of cookware was secured perfectly. His memory was truly impressive too; he remembered every single instruction we gave him (even the small things mentioned only once) and followed through on everything precisely. Wesley's hands-on approach and calm leadership gave us total peace of mind throughout the move. His fantastic team -- the two Roberts, Tony, and Daniel -- were equally impressive. They worked efficiently, handled our belongings with respect, and kept great energy and professionalism the entire time. Thanks to their hard work and coordination, the entire move went smoother than we ever could have imagined, and they made a long-distance relocation feel easy. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and truly customer-focused moving company, look no further than Shift It Moving. Wesley and his crew turned our big move into a genuinely positive experience. We are so grateful and will definitely be calling them again for any future moves. Thank you, Shift It Moving -- you guys are the best! read more

I can't recommend Shift It Moving enough - they truly set the standard for what a moving company should be. From start to finish, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and effortless. We hired them to move our two-bedroom home from Los Angeles to Phoenix, and they delivered beyond expectations. The team arrived on time, as promised, and executed everything we had discussed. What stood out most was how organized and efficient they were throughout the entire process. Every item was handled with such care, and I felt confident knowing they were mindful of both our belongings and the space they were working in. What really made a difference, though, was how collaborative they were. They took the time to communicate openly and work with us, making sure we felt involved and at ease every step of the way. It was more than just a service - it felt like a true partnership, and that brought me so much peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shift It Moving to anyone looking for a top-notch moving experience. Plus their rate was just right. Until next time! read more

We've now used Wesley and his team for two separate moves, and both experiences have been absolutely outstanding. After the first move, we were so impressed that we didn't even consider looking at other moving companies for the second one, we went straight back to Wesley. That decision paid off again in every way. Both times, the team was punctual, professional, extremely careful with all of our belongings, and very fairly priced, which makes the whole experience even better. They handled everything efficiently while still making sure each item was protected and placed exactly where it needed to go. What really stands out is the consistency. It's rare to find a moving company that delivers the same high level of service every single time, but Wesley and his crew do exactly that. They made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth, completely manageable, and surprisingly affordable. We're repeat customers for a reason, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and reasonably priced movers. Highly recommend!!! read more

My wife and I recently moved from Irvine to Mission Viejo, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience using Shift It Movers. Wes, Robert, and Jose were an absolute dream team! Hardworking and Efficient: These guys barely took any breaks and worked tirelessly throughout the entire move. They were incredibly efficient and got everything loaded, transported, and unloaded in record time. Extra Helpful: They went above and beyond by disassembling and reassembling a couple of our furniture pieces for us. This saved us a ton of time and hassle! Great Communication: The crew was professional, courteous, and communicated clearly throughout the move. They answered all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. Overall, Shift It Movers made our moving experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers in the area. read more

I grew up being told that the most affordable would never be the best quality. That it was safe to settle in the middle of a handful of quotes...but Shift It moving really flipped this theory on its head. I move a LOT--every year since 2008-and this was by far the best experience. Wesley and Umberto were approachable, poised, and incredibly flexible. The cost was clear, more than fair, and even included overnight storage on a fairly long move. All of my stuff arrived undamaged and in the right room (despite having to load my couch from the roof of the truck over the balcony--which was crazy impressive) and was hauled over 290 miles! Beyond this, these guys were fun to talk to and very nice. Ten stars if possible and 10/10 would hire again. read more

Absolutely stellar experience with Wesley and his team! This is our second time hiring them, first for a move from Long Beach to Temecula and now for a local move. Wesley and his crew have consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness. They handle every item with care and ensure a smooth, stress-free moving process. Their experience shines through in their efficiency and attention to detail. On top of all that, their services are incredibly affordable, providing excellent value for the high-quality work they deliver. We couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable moving company. Five stars all the way! read more

When you start looking for a mover you read and hear lots of horror stories about rip-offs and damage to your stuff. After talking to several local movers I somehow stumbled onto Wesley and felt pretty certain I had found a gem. Boy was I right. Wesley was super easy to communicate with and great at putting my mind at ease that the day of the move would be seamless. The day of the move he and Humberto showed up on time, handled all of our stuff with great care, and worked super quickly. Things could not have gone more smoothly ... these guys are the best! *Update: I hired Wesley again and he and Humberto continued to impress me. They are super professional And easy to work with. read more

Shift It Moving is absolutely by far the best moving company out there!!! A dream to work with, professional, super-nice, hardworking without any complaints (even in triple-digit heat!) they were extremely courteous and mindful about my stuff. But most importantly HONEST! If you have moved a lot like me, honest quotes and people are hard to come by when it comes to moving. Wes and his team are amazing and truly heaven send, I could not rave more about his integrity and workmanship, Wes is such a Superhuman! ;-) I am truly grateful for having found them! You could not be in better hands for all your moving needs, I will hire them again and again and recommend them highly! read more

Our moving experience was the best it could've possibly been. Wesley and Tony are so great at what they do, they're professional, efficient, super nice and we were so lucky we went with them and not other movers. They even had to take a couple doors off to make our fridge fit from place to place which I'm sure was a huge pain for them. Oh and we also had really annoying bulky heavy furniture and it was nothing for them. They wrapped them up and got them into the truck like it was ikea furniture. They're awesome I hope we don't move again anytime soon but if we do I will definitely call them again. Highly recommend them to anybody in Los Angeles who needs movers. read more

Wesley and his crew were awesome. It's hard to make a choice when every mover says a similar price and makes similar estimates - but candidly the reason I chose Wesley was because they were slightly cheaper. But the reason for the good review was because they were great to work with! The fellas were careful with my furniture and really packed it all in to the truck efficiently. They spent a fair amount of time wrapping every item with plastic. They were very friendly with my kids and me, and were able to fulfill all our odd requests (a fire pit on the third floor balcony...). I'll certainly hire them again and would recommend them to everybody. read more

Shift It Moving company came to the rescue when I was trying to book a moving company last minute. We had received several different quotes that were all over the place (and pushy). I didn't feel great about them so I decided to check out Thumbtack. That's when I found Shift It Moving. They responded immediately even though it was later in the evening. They were able to give me an honest and reasonable quote after exchanging some details. Very impressed with the quick and clear communication. They even followed up the next day via phone to see if I had any other questions. Very kind and more importantly trustworthy. Highly recommend! read more

Shift-It-Moving was exceptional! The booking was easy, and their team arrived on time. They handled my belongings with great care, ensuring a stress-free move. The team was efficient, friendly, and professional, completing the move ahead of schedule without hidden fees. Their customer service was top-notch, maintaining excellent communication throughout. The best part is, these are honest workers who will give you real work for the lowest rate. No more dealing with the hassle and hidden fees while hiring large moving companies! Highly recommend for a reliable and smooth moving experience! read more

I recently moved and I was considering doing the move myself, but I am glad I came across Shift It because WOW! It such an amazing investment and it felt so good to be able to sit back while they handle everything! They're extremely organized and really have a system down, it is honestly such a blessing to have companies that make the moving process easier. I remember helping my boyfriend move his furnitures and I thought to myself, NEVER AGAIN! Will always choose Shift It Moving for my moving process! P.s. the prices weren't that bad either :) read more

This is our 3rd time using Shift It Moving company and we couldn't be happier that we chose them! This time they helped us with a long distance move 9 hours away and they handled it like complete pros! We asked for their help with packing a chaotic garage (and much more) and they did it with such care and precision. They did it all for a great price too; brought their own truck, packed, loaded, drove the truck up north, and unloaded all of the items in the same condition the next morning. Thank you Shift It Moving! read more
