Being really nervous about working with contractors, I spent a week getting estimates from a bunch fo different guys. Tim was the one with the best price and he just made it sound so easy. (that's when you know that they know what they are doing) So all my drywall is repaired now, and I am very happy with the results. Someone had actually quoted me 3 x the price and said they would do it in a week, when Tim said it would take a full day. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because I've never had any drywall repair before. He was on time, he did what he said he was going to do, I was able to trust him in my home, alone. He works fast and gets the job done right. Place is clean. Couldn't be happier and would recommend him to anyone that needs drywall/ random things done in their home. P.s. He was able to fix a baseboard that had leak damage and part of a door frame that nobody else seemed to know what to do with other than rip the whole thing off. I liked him so much that I had him do some painting. At the moment, he's not done yet, but I'll be sure to review his painting in my next review. Need some work around the house, Call Tim! Oh, and he'll be happy to give you his references, just ask. I talked to them and they all love working with him. And.. he always answers his phone/messages. What can I say!? These things are important!

Even the other customer in the store at the same time said "wow, great service here" (sarcastically, just to be clear) as I walked out. I get it, I'm not a big contractor but spending a couple hundred dollars on paint is a big purchase for me. Corporate replied once, using my review for training & to help with the situation. Well, no change! I pointed out to them today all the self-watering trays, which keep the plants watered, were empty! I don't get it...beautiful plants, left to die. I wonder who pays for that, besides the consumer? Lowe's lets them die because they get the money back from the vendor? I don't think so because I know people that dumpster dive!! I can't believe I forgot to take pics of the 8 or 9 racks of dead outdoor plants!

I did not know there was a paint calculator online and the person at the desk made me feel stupid for not knowing. They used inflections in their voice to say things like "weee have a paint calculator.... online.... on the website....". It made my wife and I feel very very uncomfortable. I tried to defuse the situation by saying "I didn't know if you had more expertise" to which they did the same thing saying "nope.... I use the paint calculator". It's hard to communicate how it came across but it was rude. It was unfortunate because we were prepared to spend a lot of money at the store. On my way out I did walk back in and say that was rude and weird which maybe I should not have. I never do that but I felt so gross inside. The person who helped us was a tall white individual. The other person in the store seemed helpful to the person in front of us. We've been to four Sherwin-Williams in the area the last few days and this was by far the worst one.
