She refused to fill it with the correct paint and instead tried to get me to buy another quart. After a bit of back and forth, she offered $10 off the new quart, but it wasn't about the money for me. It was the principal of standing by your match guarantee and taking care of a customer. She then tried to tell me I only paid $11, while my bank record showed nearly $40. She refused to look at my screen receipt when I showed her. While I like working with Sherwin-Williams under normal circumstances, this interaction made me never want to return. It's ridiculous to not make an exception to your "non refundable color" rule if it was mixed improperly and if the associate did not inform me that samples only come in satin, so the color would not have matched the formula I provided no matter what. Seems like they just want a quick buck.
