They had it and I went back again to get replacement blubs as needed. Latest need was interior light for kitchen appliance which mfg did not have. I called them and explained problem and they said text us photos of blub and we will check it out. A day or so later they called back with possible substitute but not the exact same blub. I passed on their suggestion as I want to get what the mfg uses. I appreciate the extra effort to serve a customer just not this time for a unique. When our oven was installed by their installer, the gas line was crimped causing a very slight, barely detectable gas leak. It took a while for us to notice it and then it cost us $1800 to get it fixed. Gold Star refused to help with any of the cost. In hindsight, I wish we had gotten our appliances from some other company that backs up the installation of their products.
