What a fun experience! This is not my usual kind of place to shop but now I wonder "why not?"! I am typically a traditional Christmas decorating kind of guy, and really thought most everything here would be from China, not so! I was able to pick up several hand-blown glass ornaments from Poland at amazing prices here. Beautiful ones, that I have often paid 4 times as much and more for. I always find what I'm looking for and then some! I like the way their organize and display the items. It makes it easy for shoppers. They have so many beautiful decorations for the holidays out right now. I'm starting to collect a few items for my Christmas decorations and I love the prices they have. I tryed to return 2 items that my wife don't like it, and they want to give me a gift card because I don't have the receipt but I showed that the item was with the prices they checked my ide like a police and scan the barcode and then told me that only can return this in a gift card and I don't need something from this store at the moment that is to bad because I demostrarte that I am the person who bought this and now I couldn't get my money bad , and actually always that you going there people are not always polite and don't demonstrate that want to help starting for the manager cashier and personal at the floor I have never come back this store anatomies and I not recommended it to anybody vist this store and I hope that when I have to visit another homegood could be fine. read more

What can I say that isn't obvious? Great prices, great stuff, such a wide variety of quality home items that no one else comes close to offering locally... I scored two Jonathan Adler unicorns here for $50 each (pre-pandemic) and an authenticated hand painted Romanian Cedar Chest on clearance for $300. So amazing. Fun selection. The employees are also always very friendly, which is so hard to come by when you're talking about a decade and a half of visits. read more

This store usually has a lot of wonderful inventory! That being said, if you see something you want, don't wait to buy it. It is a busy store and the good stuff sells quickly. Sometimes on the weekends, there is a long wait at the check out line so I prefer to arrive early in the day before it gets too crowded. The staff is pleasant and even helped me find a mover to get the furniture delivered the same day I called them! I love Home Goods! read more

I'm obsessed with HG. Obsessed. I visit different locations twice a week. They have the best of everything - great products, one of kind items, awesome prices. If you see something you like GET IT, it won't be there the best time you return. The only downfall about this location is the wait to check out, lunch time is the worse, there are always only two cashiers checking people out which always takes at least 15-20 mins long. Staff at his location is 50/50, some employees are super nice and talk with you while others barely say hello. But don't let that keep you from stopping by! read more

I purchased 2 throw blankets four days ago and ended up returning one of them (to the same store on Campbell). When I tried to return the throw, the item didn't pull on the receipt because the employee had scanned one blanket twice at the time of purchase. The store was unable to acknowledge the mistake and offer money back. The manager rudely stated store credit was the only option without acknowledging the error on behalf of the store. It's clear there is a duplicate SKU on the receipt for the other throw blanket purchased. I wouldn't have been that upset with store credit, but the fact they made me feel like this was my fault was frustrating. Manager was unconcerned and rude. I won't be back to this store. read more

This is for the horrid customer service at this location. I was just there and spent almost 30 minutes attempting to get a mirror in my car. Employees walking by watching me and NO ONE offered to bring the mirror out or help me get it in my car. Big thanks to the lovely elderly lady that attempted to help me. I had a great time wandering around this store from right as they opened till about 2pm literally! Took a nice leisurely stroll & went through everything they had. The I believe store manager spoke with me a few times to ensure I was doing okay & finding everything I needed. All of the employees were busy marking things down but would politely answer any questions and assist me when or if I needed it. Also when I was ready to check out the lady that helped me was so sweet & patient most of my purchase was breakable materials so she had to wrap them all. As well as bare with me as I attempted to get my TJX rewards app and find them. Eventually I gave up & will have to call customer service for the card but aside from that very great experience!! I really can't stop raving about this gem ! I'm a sucker for anything unique and when it comes to home decor , this place exceeds for me . I'm more of a Mid Century meets Hollywood Regency type of person when it comes to home decor . I am always on the hunt for that perfect item that stands outside of the box. Home Goods is it ! Now, they don't have everything in my style , but a lot of little touches that help . They also have classic pieces . This location is in a shopping area right next to a Sprouts store , which makes my shopping escapades even more fun ! From rugs , pillows , bed essentials , beautiful kitchenware, you name it, they have it . One of my favorite sections is their food section.They have a lot of unique spices, teas, and snacks . I'm a blogger , so I love discovering new things to review . Those hidden finds are the best . My only complaint is the fact that the store is so small ! We need more Home Goods ! Coordinator Rocio is rude... I purchased a $100 picture and realized after I finished checking out that it had a big scratch down the middle. She offered $2 off the price! So from $99 down to $97. I thought she was joking. I asked for a real manager knowing that they could do better than that but of course, no one else was available. This store is a glorious mish-mash of you never know what you'll find fun stuff. Rugs! Kitchen goods! Furniture! Other stuff! Most of it's at good prices, but you need to frequently shop because you never know what treasures will appear - and disapper. Love this place because it is a great treasure hunt for those odd hard to find items for the home. For anything from glassware to linens this please is where to start. They have glass decor, pet supplies, cookware, lamps, rugs, some furniture, pictures, linens, and outdoor decor. I am certain if you are looking for something special or unique then this is the place for you. Staff are helpful and nice and never in a hurry to rush you out. This company also owns TJ Maxx and Marshals, but no baby stuffs, shoes, and clothing. read more

Seriously what losers come here every weekend? This one!!! I go here way too much for my pocket. Do I have a problem? NOOOO!!! I just love this place. I mean it is hit or miss so dig deep, but for me it's a hit most of the time. New inventory on Tuesday and Thursday. It's not as crazy packed and easier to maneuver than the Park Lane location. Service is also hit or miss sometimes. I hate it when they have one register open at night and it seems like you have been waiting in line for forever bc some lady can't find receipt for the 10 thousand things she wants to return. This happens so many times so often it's quite annoying. But I still like this place bc it's the most convenient location for me, and Mary the manager has gave me some outstanding services. I must say, I am not usually a discount store shopper, but I am super impressed with Home Goods. They have a really good selection of some unique pieces you don't have to dig for. For one thing, the stores are ALWAYS in order. Their merchandise is always displayed and organized well, so you don't feel like you're at a TJ Maxx or Marshal's. Highlights: lighing, mirrors, and pillows. Don't try to put anything on hold there. It's first come, first serve. If you see something you like, buy it because they don't keep inventory and things don't last long. I was actually in this store this week shopping for a particular item and a sales associate, Gaylen, helped me out. He was so friendly, so nice, so eager to help, I have to say, I was shocked. He gave me opinions on items and it seemed like he really cared. I was so floored by this amazing display of real customer service, that the minute I walked out, I called the manager to praise Gaylen. I have not experienced service like that in a retail establishment in some time. Highly recommend. Oh and TJM, if you're listening, Gaylen should be promoted. This is a decent store. A bit on the messy side in my opinion. Things on the shelves are unorganized and scattered all over the place. Sometimes you'll find kitchen items mixed in with bath items and bath item mixed in with the pet care items. The prices for every day items are decent. The furniture is a bit ridiculously overpriced for the value and quality. The staff is decently friendly but often times seem to be hard to find. They only seem to have enough people for checkout and if someone is needed to find something then you lose a checkout person causing the line to backup. read more

I called to see if I was able to return something that I bought because I didn't have the receipt stuff was missing in the comforter set I purchased and was ripped and they said I would be able to return it so I came in and they did not return it. I am in the same boat as Megan H, I generally avoid Ross/TJ Maxx as they are often chaotic disorganized and messy. Home Good is nice, really nice almost up to par wit a normal retail outlet. I came in one day just to look around and walked out with a nearly $200 haul. Some stuff has minor imperfections, or lacks the original box, but most of the time it's just last seasons cast offs and since its not fashion, no one will know. I found a really cute bathroom storage cabinet here, the same one as Kohls but at half the price. They also had some very expensive French Stoneware marked down really cheap. read more

Great selection of dinnerware/kitchen accessories - you can find well-priced, complete sets of brand name dinnerware if you're lucky. Home decor items well stocked but I've yet to find any treasures in that area. Checkout counter and floor not usually well staffed and sometimes, during their donation drives, associates can't appear slightly pushy asking for customer donations. Parking is always a challenge. Overall, still a good place to bargain hunt and find great values! read more

Albeit this Home Goods has better selections than most in the area, the customer service is sub-par. Today, I called to place an item on hold. The sales representative asserted they would hold the item for two hours. One and a half hours later, I showed up to retrieve the item and discovered it was placed back on the floor. This review has absolutely nothing to do with the store and their merchandise (which I love) but rather a check out person. So I went in the other day to return an item. As I presented the items the very first thing she says is "THIS ITEM HAS BEEN USED!!). They item, which was one of those decorative lanterns had not been used. I however did sit one of those flameless candles inside to see how it would look in the spot I bought it for. I explained this to her and she said the same thing again, "this item has been used, you used it", in the most loud condescending and disrespectful tone I have ever heard. Now bear in mind I did have a receipt as well as other items I was purchasing in place of my returned items. Then she went on to tell me about my receipt, it was too old. WTH! My receipt was 5 days old. I believe you have 30 days to return items. Her tone was so disrespectful and condescending that the friend I was with looked at me in astonishment. Meanwhile, I was praying for the Lord. to hold my tongue and my mouth. It took every ounce of restraint for me to totally go off on this woman. Now I'm not sure what her deal was with me because she was pleasant as pie with the prior person she checked out. I certainly hope this was not a race thing. All in all, I'm still bitter about this. I still LOVE Home Goods, but I will not be coming back to this store for fear that I may get her again and chance another bad encounter. I'll just drive to Frisco. read more

Very bad experience with their reps, especially Sandy. There was an item on hold for a customer that we wanted to buy, but Sandy told us, "I want to be fair and will give you second dibs" since it was already on hold till 1PM. If the first buyer would not show up, then we had time till 3PM to purchase it. We agreed and left our phone # with her, and went home which is a bit aways. Well, the first buyer didn't show up so Sandy called us around 1:30 informing us that it is ours if we want to buy. I told her, Yeah, I will leave in around 15 minutes but I will be there before 3PM. She said sounds good. I get a call around 1:55PM from Sandy, and she tells me, I can't wait that long. There is someone interested in buying the item right now. I said, we agreed to have time till 3PM and if you are ready to sell someone right now, why didn't you sell it to us when we were there at the store? What happened to your concept of fairness? She just hung up - very rude! I called her back and she gave me something about "you can talk to my manager. she will call you ". And of course, the manager didn't call back. Very bad experience, and especially the "fairness" policy is whatever they feel like. read more

I enjoy coming to this Home Goods location. Every once in a while you'll find some hidden gems that make great gifts and the staff is friendly as well. Disorganized aisles are what pushes this back to three stars. Some of the things here are a bit pricey as well... Found the same Ralph Lauren blanket at marshals for half the price! read more

I will never come back to this location again, which is unfortunate because I used to shop here all the time. As a matter of fact, in the past I have purchased many items for my home from this location. Today I was in line for at least 15 minutes. There were only three cashiers and the line grew to 26 people behind me! Two guys were brought to the end register with zero customer service skills(one to scan items and the other to bag them). Clearly, they were very annoyed by the fact that they were brought to the front cash wrap to check out customers. As I asked one of them questions about an item I was looking for, he was very curt and not helpful at all. After checking out, I asked to speak with a mgr. While waiting for her to come to the front, I left, deciding that a Yelp review speaks more volume than talking to her. My money will walk elsewhere.
