Beware of Marshall.com and ordering on line, it may not end well. On Feb. 4th ordered silver go-go boots for a costume. I received brown furry Sasquatch boots instead. I immediately went to my local store and showed them my receipt. Since the picture of what I ordered and what I received they could not do the return in store. REALLY? The problem seems pretty obvious and was definitely NOT of my making.they wouldn't even do a store credit. MY receipt clearly showed what I ordered and how much I spent. They referred me to Marshall 1-800.I called on 5 separate days and spoke to 5 different people, each assuring me they would email a return label. I didn't get any return labels (yes, of course I checked my junk emails). This seems pretty incompetent considering the original order, and subsequent follow up emails were sent to the proper email address, clearly they have it. Yes, when Marshalls sent out a follow up on my shopping experience, I send a detailed email explains their mix up and the problem. I Amat a total loss and pretty disgusted with the entire process. read more

Good place to find some gems on the cheap however you're pretty much on your own to wander and find what you need. More attention needs to be given to the shoe section, the deals are there but the boxes are in random places and often have mismatched sizes in the boxes. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Keep your eyes open as to not miss anything. read more

Out of all the Marshalls I've been to, this is my favorite. I usually find nice clothes, shoes and random stuff for a really good price. For my work out clothes, I found some good brands like Nike, Addidas, and New balance. Sometimes I get a good find like Nars blush for less than $10 and Lancome products, but they came rarely. The selection for kids clothes are pretty nice too. You can get some cheap Polo Ralph Lauren for half the retail price. They also carry brands like Juicy Couture, Steve Madden, Nine West, Lucky Brand, etc. I can waste a lot of time and money here randomly. It's not a good. Some cashiers can be friendlier than other, but so far I have no problem yet. read more

I love this store. I've lived in garland for over 2 years & this store is literally a hop skip & a jump away from me. & it's absolutely insane that until now I haven't visited this location. Immediately upon entering I found it very organized and that was a huge plus! I was looking for kitchen ware for the most part a few months items by specific, an employee was back there restocking the shelves & she was super polite & nice by answering all my annoying questions. She even went on to help me finding the items I'm looking for by letting me know what days their trucks come in! So I will definitely be returning to this store often!!!! read more

Great place for name brand clothing on a budget. Marshall's and TJ Maxx are my go-to stores for home decor, clothing, gifts, and beyond. They take what wasn't sold or what was barely damaged from big name stores and resell them at low prices. While some people are ashamed of shopping at a place like this, I bask in these prices and definitely don't shy from a good deal. While the cosmetics section can be messy, the clothes are well-organized by size, age, and gender. You can find Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and more hidden goods in here for great prices. I even found a Lily pulitzer top here one time. Organization can be hit-or-miss here, but the prices aren't. It's a great location and very convenient for high-end shoppers on a budget. read more

This store is always immaculately clean and surprisingly under shopped. This whole block of shopping centers is posh. I love it. Best Customer service! I had a great experience, except for the fact that there we're some other customers who we're extremely rude to the cashiers. Would you get offended if a cashier asks you for ID when trying to use your credit card? I wouldn't its for security purposes and I personally appreciate that. read more

Out of all of the bargain shopping type of places...Marshall's is at the top of the list as one of my favorites. There's always some good finds in this store especially if you take the time to look. This is the only Marshall's that carries Saints gear! The only downside is that the need more women's Saints gear. This Marshall's will continue to get my business because its nothing like the other stores that are bias to Texas teams. They also have a nice home goods department and every now and again luck up and find an item for a great deal. read more

What can I say? I love a good bargain! Marshall's is a great place to go if you're looking for mix and match clothes at lower prices. I got some cute dresses that were only $14.99, some pink bandolino pumps at $25 and whole new set of bedroom accessories like a couple of framed art pieces, pillows, and a few other accessories and I spent less than $150! If you're a good shopper like me, then you'll add this place in your shopping regimen like I did because you can find some neat things at low prices. This is a great discount department store and you can usually find good deals. They sell men's, women's and children's clothes and shoes. They sell random home decor and accessories. I use to buy my name brand clothes here but now I prefer to get home goods. Today was no different. I went in and found the perfect turquoise side table and a lime green throw. Then to top it off they had a great set of mercury glass candle holders. LOVE THEM. The reason I am giving this place a 3 and not a 5 is because the staff. One guy working here was running circles around the two older ladies in the front at the registers. He was literally on the phone and checking out 3 people to the other ladies 1. I felt so bad for him. The line was huge and backed all around the cattle shoot before the check out. I think management might need to do some retraining or laying off for that matter. I wish management or the powers that be would read these reviews and use them as a wake up call. read more

Lots if nice items. The staff seemed very nice. They have a nice selection if luggage. The only thing that bothered me was that the fire alarm went off inexplicably. After about 10 minutes I had to leave. I'll definitely come back once my headache is gone. read more

This location is very good but smaller than a regular marshals. I think this marshals is very good over all but the clothes are all torn or broken, so I don't recommend this location. read more
