So we were without the couch for less than a month instead of months while we were next in line. They made my sectional look brand new and contacted me about ways to make it look better. They did an outstanding job. They have delivery service as well. I love the idea of reusing instead of putting this into a landfill. I highly recommend this company. Prices were great but I was unimpressed at the stretch fabric selection, which is what I thought…read morethey were supposed to be known for. They had a LOT of bolts, strewn everywhere...but a lot of them were just horrible fabrics. I came in looking for various prints and a few basic staples. The staples were there and reasonably priced...but the prints were all pretty awful. I found a much better spandex/lycra selection at Golden D'or down the street. There wasn't any wait and the guy who cut my fabrics was friendly. The bolts were huge and I guess you're supposed to carry them yourself to the table...which would be a challenging task for a lot of people. The place was kind of a total mess and finding what you need is going to take time. I suppose it really comes down to WHAT you need. This place may be perfect depending on what you're looking for. I felt like if I were making a prom dress, there were tons of options. If you're making kids stretch clothes or swimsuits, you might not find what you need.

The owner, Dan, came to my house to look at a large basic ottoman that I wanted made into a storage…read moreottoman. He was confident in his abilities to do the work and told me it would take 2 weeks. I waited the 2 weeks, but when I called him to ask about delivery, I was told it was not ready. That was inconvenient since I had already made plans for the day of delivery and the day he said it would be delivered. 5 days later, my ottoman was delivered. There were huge hinges on the ottoman that were a total eyesore. I told Dan that the hinges should not be showing, and that a storage ottoman has hidden hinges. He told me he would order other hinges and bring them over to replace the ugly large ones. Almost 2 weeks later, actually 12 days, 2 people showed up with a very thin, continuous hinge for installation. They showed me what they were going to do, but decided it wouldn't really work. Plus, it wouldn't hide the large holes that had been drilled into the wood frame when the large ugly hinges were installed. They finally decided the best plan of action was to take the ottoman back to the shop and get a better hinge. The girl who came with the guy at this time told me I would be priority and that she would call me the next morning with an update. Nothing. No call. I was not surprised. I texted Dan the following day and asked him to call me. He said he couldn't because he was out of town. This was a Saturday, Sept 4th, and their hours state that they are open on Saturdays. After some back and forth, he told me he had ordered the parts and they would be in by Thursday of the following week. Well...... I finally heard from him again on Sept. 15th saying that the team was going to deliver the ottoman. Later that day, I was told it would be the 16th. Would you believe after being told originally that this entire job would take 2 weeks, it took over 6 weeks, and was returned with the original ugly hinges. All they did was move them so they couldn't be seen as much from the outside?!? First of all, this company is totally unreliable, unprofessional, and cannot be trusted. Dan is an expert at talking his way around the lies he tells, probably because he's had a lot of practice. I simply became exhausted dealing with him. I gave them 2 stars because I'm a nice person and because the ottoman looks good (it was brand new when this ordeal started), except for the hinges that can still be seen. It can now be used as a storage ottoman, which is what I initially wanted. I just expected someone who was professional and someone who actually knew what they were doing since they said they could do the job. Most of the photos on their website are just stock images that you can find other places if you do image searches. There was nothing and no one professional about this company. Please look elsewhere for any upholstery needs you may have.

I was kind of nervous about this because I love these two pieces and wanted them covered in three different fabric patterns and material. With the expense of the craftsmanship, and fabric, I was hoping it would be worth my money. I was looking for perfection and I definitely got what I was looking for. The furniture turned out BEAUTIFUL! Ann's price was fair and they finished the project in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Ann's for your upholstery needs!!

I went in today to get a quote on some canvas panels I needed for a business project. After explaining what I needed the employee that was in there informed me that they didn't want to do the project because they don't do custom work. This is interesting since I thought that's all upholstery shops did was custom work. When I asked him if he had a referral for somebody who would do the job he told me to find someone who was desperate. Unbelievable... Absolutely disgusting. I of course am now on a mission to inform every one of this disgrace of an establishment. Hopefully the empty store was indicative of how long they will be in business.
