With my hectic travel schedule, Reese was so accommodating with scheduling the project, which we truly appreciated. The two gentlemen arrived on time in the morning and proceeded to set up the flooring protection, covered any exposed furniture, and started fixing the nail pops in the ceiling. After that, they quickly got down the business and started the painting process. The whole process took roughly 2 days, and my mind was blown with how perfect they were able to get the lines so clean and the color on so evenly and just perfect. They made sure everything was cleaned up and ready before leaving. I cannot express how happy we are with the result and with how easy and smooth this process was. There apparently was a breakdown in communication somewhere. The project manager (assuming that's his title) came out, took a look, and acknowledged there was a problem. They scheduled me for a complete re do. The project manager was professional, informative, and thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns. The painter they sent out did a much better job than the last one did. They did a good job , used the correct materials this time, and I'm happy with the result. It's good to know that company had the integrity to step up and do the right thing and take care of the job correctly.

Update- Spray Tex stood by their word and they are going above and beyond to make this right. They…read moresent someone out to fix all of the caulk and paint issues and it is exponentially better so far. the project manager came by to do another walk through with me. I will be using them again as they stand by their word and their product. Buyer beware! I was told that they would be doing two coats and that it would take two, likely three full days to do my house. After realizing they did less than 10 hours total work, I checked the cameras. They only did one coat. I have no idea if every team operates like that but I absolutely will not pay full price for half the job. I also requested flashing not be painted- it was painted. I requested them caulk the dryer vent and plumbing clean out- it was not done. They were extremely spotty with the nails they did caulk- I easily counted 20 nails not caulked in the sunroom alone. I told my project manager about all of this and it was still not done on "day" 2. I have no doubt that the business will make it right, but this is extremely poor business behavior- charging someone full price and giving them half of the work. If I didn't have the thought to check the cameras, I would have been completely ripped off. One last thing- when I got home? My door was left wide open so wasps and mosquitoes could come right in.
