We recently had popcorn ceilings removed in our entire home and needed to get our ceilings mudded and smoothed. JR was very transparent and upfront about scheduling the job. He provided a reasonable quote that was better than the other 3 I had received. The job took only a few days, and the quality was far greater than what I was expecting. We had a few other patch jobs on the walls that they were able to fix as well No hassle or issues throughout the process. I am definitely keeping his contact for future home project considerations.

Needed a simple tape and bed, remove leak affected areas and tape/bed. We agreed he would paint then asked for more money to paint. I said no... i told him he needed to fix the work but refused and said he will just take me to small claims court. Stay away from this guy, shady and poor quality work.

One of the best contractors I've hired. I needed an old shower space repaired, a hole from an outside faucet repair, and a dent in the garage (oops!). JR gave me a more than fair bid, was responsive, let me know he'd be a day later than anticipated, and when he did show up for the work, he was tidy, efficient, professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to hire him again! The work looks amazing. Once I paint it, I doubt people will even be able to tell those areas were patched. Highly recommend!

TLDR: Not trustworthy. I do NOT recommend using this company. Save yourself the hassle and time and…read morefind a different company. 0/10 customer service from Emmanuel the owner & Jesse F. Photos of text threads included so that Emmanuel (Owner) cannot claim that I'm being untruthful. I was given a quote by Jesse F. to have my kitchen cabinets rehung due to them pulling away from the walls. I had 5 cabinets that needed to be rehung. It appeared to me that in the contract they had misquoted me. It stated that they were only going to rehang one of the cabinets. This concerned me, so I reached out to confirm that this was a typo and that they would address all the cabinets that needed attention as I had originally explained to them. I got a response at noon the following day which was simply an updated contract with a price increase because "they miscounted originally and did not review all of the photos and messages I sent". The incorrect line item (1) cabinet was not changed either. The only change in the whole contract was the price. The job size increased 20% from what they claim to have originally quoted me, however, the price of the overall job increased by 40%. I asked where this number came from and how they calculated job totals and I did not get any good answers. From my perspective, it appears that they decided to increase the price of the overall job due to me asking a question about the typo on the first contract. And on top of that, they increased it by a markedly higher percentage. Emmanuel the owner is claiming that I did not submit photos of all areas needing repair (this is false and I have the records to prove it). I also recorded the phone call I made with Jesse F. where he admitted that this was an in house error between himself and the estimator. I would love to believe that was the case, but the line items did not change. Only the price went up. Emmanuel the owner did not help at all once I explained the situation. What he did do was offer this job on an hourly rate, which likely would have cost EVEN MORE money. I personally am a self employed contractor. If I ever gave someone the wrong price (especially if it's only off by $200), I would personally eat that $200 as a business owner to keep my customers happy and also in the hopes of repeat or word of mouth business. Overall this was a very bad experience. Poor customer service. Poor business management. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different company.

I…read morehad a mediocre experience with our upstairs bathroom remodel and wanted to do it right this time. I saw Daniel and his company, TruBlue of Allen, got great reviews everywhere I looked so I reached out. He agreed to meet me the next day and came and always had a smile on his face and a "can-do" attitude. He showed confidence and I could tell he has done this many times. We agreed on his very reasonable estimate and the project began! I wanted to completely remove our existing shower and tub and make the tub are our new shower and the previous shower would become a an area for storage. He showed up to help me get tile and we got a great mix of tiles for our bathroom and we couldn't be happier! Fernando helped with all the tiling and a separate group of guys helped with the finishings and drywalls. Daniel's plumber is fantastic and you can tell that all these workers pay attention to detail and have worked in nice homes and do great work. This was so different than my previous experience which was mediocre. As the project finished, we were just so happy and I don't think you could get a better result in the very reasonable price range that Daniel offers. Nothing but great things to say about our experience. As with all things, stay in communication and make sure you are talking to the day-to-day workers as well as Daniel. They will bring your vision to life! Please see my photos from the beginning to end. Thanks so much to Daniel and his team!

When hiring a contractor, I have a criteria: good communication/expectation setting, honesty,…read morefairness in price, efficiency, and ownership/quality of the work. As a homeowner, it's been surprisingly hard to find contractors that meet my criteria, but Innovations Touch met them all! Although I have larger projects planned in mind, I hired them for some smaller projects to see how they'd do, especially after hearing horror stories of larger renovation projects being handled poorly. My townhouse was built in 1981 and needed some repairs. Innovations Touch installed a custom guard rail at the attic hatch, installed some new window screens, fixed the catwalk in the attic, did some window siding and wall repairs and completed some behind-the-walls plumbing work. During the whole process, they set expectations well, did a great, detailed job of the work, exceeded my expectations, was fair in price relative to the quality of the work and expediency, and even cleared up a slight miscommunication we had very professionally with no ego or attitude. I was very impressed. Given they literally met all of my criteria, I trust them completely now and it feels good to have an "I know a contractor guy" for renovations for myself and others now. I'm still building my "rolodex" for home repairs, renovations, and HVAC, but glad I'm taking one big one off my list.
