For all future flooring & tile needs I will go straight to Arizona Tile in Dallas. Alessandra Andrade was friendly, so knowledgeable & suggested several different products I could use in remodeling my two fireplace hearths. I only wish I had gone to Arizona Tile first before trying so many others first! Thank you Ali!! read more

Fantastic experience with Priscilla Castaneda at Arizona Tile. She listened to our concerns, helped us find the slabs that we were looking for, and spent the time working with us without making us feel like we were wasting her time, even though she had customers waiting. She showed us, was very knowledgable, and extremely nice. We went to other stone locations in the Dallas area, and Priscilla was by far the best!!! WE love Arizona Tile. read more

Arizona Tile - Flooring Near Me - Dallas, Texas

My husband and I came to visit Arizona Tiles slab warehouse on a busy Saturday, where we were warmly greeted by David. After being escorted to the slab warehouse we met Kathy Martines who was so knowledgeable and kind to us. She gave us a detailed map and suggestions on the areas to look for the size and type of slab we were interested in. After looking through their selection, which was a nice and extensive offering, we found 2 beautiful Paramount slabs. I think Kathy was as excited for us as we were, and she thoroughly went over the process to put on hold. We went back again to double check out our choice and Kathy was again super helpful having both slabs brought out and even helped us consider additional slabs and optional combinations. I cant imagine a more positive experience. Kathy was kind, professional, knowledgeable and a lot of fun to work with. What a nice way to select such an important feature for our home. read more

I was at Arizona Tile this afternoon. I had a real challenge that I needed help with. My builder sent the wrong color tile and the installers were there to do their job. Of course I had to make them wait while I got the problem solved. Kathy greeted me as I came in. She's always so nice. I explained my problem and she went right to work to find a solution and I was on my way home to get the tile to the crew. I appreciate the wonderful customer service as it's very rare to find that these days. Thank you Kathy! You're the best!! R.B. read more

I don't know where to begin... This is the third house I have built and gone to Arizona Tile looking for slabs... Kathy Martinez is by far THE most amazing sales person in all the Slab showrooms I have ever worked with... she is very knowledgeable and helpful and goes beyond the call of duty... They don't make them like this any more! Love her! read more

These guys are great! We've used AZT in CA and they were exceptional as well! David in the showroom is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable sharing the vision of the space for our project. Ben in the sales department was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you AZT read more

Kathy Martinez saved my life and my marriage! My wife and I spent weeks picking out our quartz counter top but after working with the fabricator we later found that the dimensions of the one we picked wouldn't work on our island. With my wife traveling I went back to Arizona tile in Dallas and Kathy took our old sample and quickly found some others in a larger size that were similar. Not only did she find an awesome replacement we ended up saving money too. Many thanks for taking the time to help us find a replacement. read more

I'm an Interior Designer in the Dallas area and Arizona Tile is my main "go to" for slabs and tile. Not only are the materials high quality, but the people who work at the showroom are even more superior. Whether it's looking at tile options in the main showroom or selecting slabs in that department, the experience is wonderful. They work hard to take good care of my clients and I know that I can trust them with my business. I can't recommend them enough! read more

Rene Yanez was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me find the slab I was looking for.

I am ecstatic to have experienced superb customer service earlier this afternoon - it still exists, what a very pleasant surprise! I am in the process of picking tile and countertops for a full remodel of an ancient bathroom in a condo in Arizona and my contractor suggested Arizona Tile to start with. Because of Aaron, who has been with this company for the last fourteen years, I need go no further! I have a tight budget and he never made me feel "less than" and made wonderful suggestions and gave me many options, also providing samples of tile and quartz. What a gem Aaron is - he is worth his weight in gold, no, make that platinum! Thank you, Aaron! read more

Arizona Tile offered beautiful selections that I did not find in other stores. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. We bought 3 slabs of quartzite, countertop and enough tile for 2 small rooms and our fireplace area. Be aware of a pretty high "restocking fee" on returned merchandise. I think it's 20%. Some other stores don't charge anything. I knew about this fee in advance; they didn't try to hide it. But the important part of replacing your flooring is to get what you want. I would definitely check them out before buying. read more

Great showroom, staff are very helpful. Showroom Consultant, Kathie Ahrens is AMAZING and very knowledgeable, professional!! When you need to visit showroom for your project, go and see her. Thank you Kathie! read more

Don't waste your time, Arizona Tile does not want your business. Expect poor customer service, rude responses from staff along with a complete hypocrisy of rules. Apparently my wife is unable to take our infant son strapped securely tight but having another toddler run around the business is approved. It makes absolutely no sense and is borderline discrimination, otherwise there is no other way to justify this type of logic. Not sure who is running the place but if you're considering buying slabs from here, think again. The person who showed the least ability to run a business was their slab manager Richard who kicked my wife out of the store with this ridiculous safety issues excuse after we have visited numerous other showrooms with zero issues. Good luck if you want to invest tens of thousands of dollars remodeling your home from a company that clearly could care less about how they treat their customers. read more

I have been dealing with the exemplary staff at the local ARIZONA tile store for years now, and have purchased multiple thousands of dollars in slabs and tiles for home renovation projects. I felt compelled to mention my latest encounter where two of the showroom reps went above and beyond to personally assist me. Kathy in the front showroom was patient with me and so helpful with product inquiries I was making to compare merchandise. Then Nicole C. (Customer Service Rep) in the back warehouse part of the location, who I worked with before 2 years ago. She was truly great in assisting me to find just the right quartzite slab for finishing up an important project. She researched her database then isolated the perfect piece, in the desired color scheme, from the sale section - for my viewing. It - was ideal for what I needed. This saved me time and effort. To say I was delighted - - is an understatement. Big thanks to this exceptional team at Arizona who consistently 'raise the bar' and place Arizona above the competition. read more

Great showroom with lots of options and fully staffed with design associates. We found everything we needed here.

Purchase $2400.00 worth of tile. Arriving to pick up order that was pre packaged in shrink wrap. Got home, unpacked. Because my husband just had surgery, and we are both semi retired, getting this done was enough. Now several days later with the GC starting Monday, we find the order is incomplete. Will post progress and re-rate after resolution. read more

We were in the beginning stages of reno our kitchen counters. I had the opportunity to visit a few places prior to finding Arizona Tiles and I have to say that Arizona has a great selection and their slabs are laid out very well. They give you a map of the area so that you can understand what you are looking at once you are walking around. Other places I visited nothing was labeled and i received zero help. Kathy was so helpful in reviewing the process and helping us with putting our slabs on hold while we finalized our process with our fabricator selection. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Kathy's customer service. She was very pleasant to work with and very helpful. read more

This was by far the best place for granite selection! I was always greeted at the door and offered assistance, if needed. The selection was vast and great quality! Also, we found the pricing (per quotes from our fabricators) at Arizona much more competitive than other granite places in Dallas. We love the new slabs of granite in our remodeled kitchen and get soo many compliments. When we remodel our bathroom, we'll return to Arizona again. read more

The staff of Arizona Tile are as professional as one can possibly find these days. Buyer beware. We purchased glass tile here for our pool. We checked with them before the purchase and were assured that it would work for an outside environment on a pool . Our pool guy used an experienced tile guy to install it ( who has done thousands of pools) and they followed the install guidelines. Not a year later and the tile is cracking in multiple areas dumping glass shards into our pool and hot tub. We checked the gunite and that is not the issue . The way the tile is used is no different then hundreds of other pools we have seen. My pool guy used the same glass tile on another pool who liked the look of ours and it is doing the same thing. No other pool he has ever built using other glass tiles has ever done this. They refuse to stand behind the product and now we are facing the cost of a total redo on the tile. read more

Great selections, assistance with design and professional staff who know their product and can answer any questions knowledgeably, is, and has been my experience. I'm a professional builder in Dallas and have many local accounts for tile and granite, beyond that like any consumer I can purchase building supplies anywhere we find the right product for our clients. That said, I concentrate my business with partners who out-perform the market(I.E- Better purchasing dept, Better merchandizing, Better immediate product availability, Fresh selections, and Better customer service wrapped in Better showrooms) and I can highly recommend Arizona tile. Frequented by Professional designers, remodelers, builders and the public they will help if you need ideas and help with your planning. Highly regarded for hard surface purchases like granite slabs or any other slab material due to in-house stock for viewing, they also showcase a large selection of quality tile both natural and man-made for home or commercial purchasing. read more

I used Arizona Tile years ago for a remodel with no problem. However, this time I went and wanted to pick out some granite. The woman working (tattoo on pinky finger) was rude, abrasive, and simply unprofessional. When I asked to pull a slab because I couldn't see it in between two other sections, she very rudely stated that they weren't pulling a 1,000 pound stone unless it was my final choice. How can I know it was my final choice if I couldn't see it? So, she showed me an iPad photo. Again, I'm not spending thousands of dollars to redo my kitchen to select something that important off of an iPad photo. Despite their policy, the tone in which she spoke to me was RUDE. Find another place for stone. It's not worth the hassle to attempt to buy from them. read more

We are currently in the process of remodeling our kitchen and living space. Our GC brought us here to look at their tiles for our kitchen backsplash, fireplace, and stone slabs for our kitchen countertops. This place is very impressive, organized and clean. They have a few nice displays set up and quite a selection of tiles and granite/marble/quartzite. You have to sign in when you get there and someone will help you with what you need. We went here three times trying to make up our minds and each time, someone was there to greet us. We never had a problem finding someone to answer questions and each associate was always pleasant to talk to. Also, this place is open to the public, so you don't need a GC to take you there. We ended up getting the stone from our countertop somewhere else because by the time we made up our mind about a special stone, someone had gone in and swiped up the nicer slabs :( All in all, good experience. read more
