Pepe has such a creative mind and will go above and beyond to make sure he provides you quality work without breaking the bank. This was my first reno so I was anxious and nervous but I knew I was in good hands. I was having a hard time narrowing down tile for our shower and Pepe helped me see the bathroom I envisioned by taking me and my husband to a showroom and seeing different tiles he had in mind for our bathroom. I was SOLD! Throughout the entire process Pepe was very responsive via text message, FaceTime and phone calls. I never got a solid plan, they hard-sold me high, promising we would reduce it, just to make me sign the contract. (my first mistake) Of course, those meetings to discuss my priorities and reduce the budget, never came. My dream wasn't realized as they either vetoed, forgot or bumbled each feature of my design. Examples: I have a wavy wall, it took them days to correct the paint throughout the house, they flat refused to match my craftsman trim, they forgot my vented kitchen hood, vetoed my transom (they don't even know what that is), failed plumbing inspection three times and nearly blew up my house. (I'm not embellishing) Had to install the cabinets twice (ordered incorrectly and hung at the wrong height), the rough plumbing is so poorly done that the knobs don't sit right and turn lop-sided; failed to contain the renovation dust which covered even stuff inside cabinets and drawers throughout the house. The cleaning crew came multiple times and I still had to hire my own at a cost of $360, to get all the ceiling fans, fixtures, floors, etc. finally clear of dust and paint splatters. They scratched my hardwoods and damaged my stove. To top it off, they stopped paying the subs and one of them put a lien on my house, EVEN though, i was up to date on my payment arrangement. (Yes, that's totally legal, for some reason!) The drama continues as I need help correcting some issues that i don't feel I should have to live with. They did a great job however there wasn't any transparency on fees. I was not told there was a diagnostic fee from the scheduler nor from the crew that came to my home until afterwards. I wasn't happy as I didn't have this in my budget. I had called the office to bring this to there attention and was transferred to a manager. I explained that these diagnostic fees were not told to me when I scheduled the appointment and when the plumbers came to my home and I wasn't happy. He said he'd get back to me. Never heard back! FYI. There's more than just a service trip fee with this company' beware they charge for a diagnostic fee also.‍
