Michelle and Shirley have great customer service and communication. Through out the whole process from us calling in and asking questions to setting up appointment and all the way to the installation day. I love that Michelle is hands on and has a mind of an engineer. Mario is the lead installer and when he came in to do the measurements, he took his time and was very meticulous with his measurements, which I was very happy to see bc the previous company came in and in less than 20minutes he was done. I really appreciate Mario's perspective and way of working with his team. The crew works well synchronized. They all helped clean up and left our area as clean as when they came in. This company is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. We also got some tips and recommendations to keep our beautiful quartzite looking great. Overall I highly recommend them for your next project.

The new countertops look fantastic and completely transformed the areas they are in. They have a much more modern look now. Michele and Shirley were very professional and easy to communicate with. They were responsive to all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable especially considering the attention to detail that Michele puts in. I picked out a granite with a lot of movement and they made sure seams were minimized and flowed together when they were necessary. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality countertop installation.

After using the company once, I was happy with the results and wanted to use this again. I had a…read moremuch different experience than the first time. They told me they would send someone out to take measurements the following day, but never called me back to tell me when. That threw off our schedule, and I had to be the one to follow up with them the next morning asking if anyone was coming. They said they left early for the day, so they forget to follow up with me... We scheduled for the following day, and the guy that came out was over 30 minutes late, which made me run late for my work meeting. They advertise granite starting at $35/square foot with install and materials, which would have meant my countertops should have been around $3,150.00, but they ended up quoting me over $7,000.00! I told them I just needed something basic as we were planning on selling the house. I asked what happened with the drastic price difference, and they sent me pictures of the granite they had for $35/square foot, which were hideous and would clash with our island. I told them so, and they never responded with any alternative. Also, I'm not fond of doing everything by text if I'm spending $7,000.00. I guess I'll be using a different company.

Scott from AA Granite was available to me in phone conversations, and in texts. The first time we talked on the phone, and before I asked for an estimate, Scott answered a long list of questions I had. He helped me understand everything I had been puzzling over. And he continued to advise me after we had placed the deposit, and all the way through the project. The person who came by to measure went over the measurements twice with me and helped me understand my final choices for edging and backsplash. Whoever planned the layout from our slab, made a beautiful artistic choice -- centering some of the subtle vein work in the slab to fall between the two sinks. Guys doing the install-- terrific work. And the guys coming by to drop off some of our extra slab were great & easy to work with too. I definitely recommend using AA Granite!

Juan provided numerous product pictures and samples, but I eventually went with a slab from a stone store. On install day, the crew arrived on time. To keep our remodel on budget, we wanted to "salvage" the existing backsplash. We were able to do this, as the crew took the time to carefully remove the existing counter. The new counter install went smoothly. The undermount sink that Juan provided was of good quality...because it was a little deeper than the existing sink an onsite adjustment was needed. The sink had to "set" for 24 hours, so the next day Juan sent a crew to attach the faucet and the disposal. Project is now complete and I would definitely use Juan again!
