Chris did a wonderful job of getting the multitude of Smart devices, laptops, TVs, etc. at home running optimally. Not only did he fix it, I also got a tutorial on the issues and resolution, which in my view was a great add-on. The total cost and time to completion was lower than the initial estimate. A cost effective job well done thoroughly and professionally. I will definitely hire Chris again and will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

All they did was lie constantly, make up dates that the check was sent and blame everything on the USPS. This is a pattern for this company and not an exception. When I had their "service" it always scrambled every single day and they refused to give a credit for it. They just bill you and you tow the company line. I was with this morally bankrupt company for over 10 years and NEVER had even one late payment and this is the thanks you get for it. BUYER BEWARE!!

My daughter attempted to call her several times only to be told Kayla is busy. My son in-law called and advised he wanted to speak to Kayla supervisor and suddenly she had all kind of time. When you have supervisor such as Kayla no wonder shentel has so many problems and low ratings. A company is only as good as their employees so this explains a lot.

I still had another garment with them and when i went to pick it up i just didn't have the damaged garment with me. I never refused, he's lying. I said i needed to understand the process and what they would do (I'm nervous about it getting further damage) but he kept repeating that i refused to bring it back which never was the case. When i spoke to him he referred to using other chemicals to determine the cause of the issue and I'm not necessarily keen on them doing stuff i don't understand at this point. He wanted to overtalk me and not listen. Thats why i don't feel comfortable anymore. Why wouldn't i bring it back if that's how i get made whole? He's not making sense. I feel completely let down by these guys after using them exclusively for at least 4 years. They didn't call me back for 2 weeks after damaging a very expensive garment, insinuated that I'm making it up, and accused me of refusing to bring it back. I would've had no problem doing so had i understood the process/remedy but i don't really want them messing up my stuff even more. When talking to Brett about my apprehensions , he was very dismissive and unprofessional. He even stopped listening and it turned into a confrontation bc he would laugh at me while I'm talking as if my situation is funny. I don't feel comfortable working with him/them anymore. Since he said he doesn't care about my review, here it is.

Had a coat with the buckle that was loosening and in danger of coming off. She said no. After picking up a sewing kit, I fixed that one in my car in under 3 minutes. The latest was a dress that I wanted taken in. She said no but then offered to hem it for me--which I didn't need. I'm not sure what the deal is, but it hasn't been worth my time to stop there in the last 6 months.

He came early with all the things he needed, replaced a shot water heater, improved the feeds and outlets, and was done by mid afternoon.
