They had done a good job on my son's house so I called them to give me an estimate. We agreed on date and time by phone, 9:00 on Monday, and I texted a confirmation of that and they replied in affirmative. 9:00 came and went. I called at 9:45 and call was answered and she said she had it down for 11:30. Wanted to know if she could come then. I said okay. She never showed up. When I tried to call again they didn't answer or even have a voicemail. They also ignored the texts I sent. Finally I texted them - if you don't want to clean my house please let me know so I can look elsewhere. No answer.
