Newcomb Maintenance came highly recommended. Unlike the other area contractors, he actually returned my call almost immediately and came the same day to review the job. He arrived as promised, taking a few measurements and making a sketch as we talked. He submitted his quote via email followed by a call in case I had any questions. To say that it was reasonable is an understatement - he came in at a third of the first bid that I received. Amazing. When the work began, Mr. Newcomb arrived with his crew - reviewed the project points and made the necessary introductions. From that point, the work moved quickly and ever so efficiently. Each day the team arrived as promised, worked diligently and only took a break for lunch. Four days later the work was completed and Mr. Newcomb returned for the walk through to inspect the work. Everything was handled with care - from first meeting to review the project to planning the job to execution to finishing and even cleanup.
