Today my computer appeared to have a virus so I brought it back. They explained it was not a virus, but some other means of locking my computer. The fix took about a minute and they gave instructions on how to handle a situation like this if it happened again. There was no charge. I'm very pleased with their service. I had saved some to usb but mostly not. Geeks saved everything! I've had these since 2013 and 2016 so you can imagine all the memories saved in that amount of time. One had a bad cpu and motherboard that had overheated. They saved the info on that one and moved it to the older computer which needed a new hard drive but was otherwise still very usable. Both are Acer Predators and at the time I bought them were top of the line. The repaired computer is so fast now. I'm so glad to have it back with all of my old data intact. Relieved. Geeks did all of this in one day! Any of my future repairs will go straight to them. They have a vast amount of knowledge and do so much more than simple but critical repairs.
