I wanted to do business with a local business, but sadly, I believe they took advantage of my situation. I had done business with them at least four times prior and was completely satisfied, but I will not do so in the future. The Intel Core i3-8100 is a budget desktop processor released in October 2017 as part of the 8th Generation "Coffee Lake" lineup. My wife had her iPad screen replaced at this shop over a year ago…read more We noticed the edge of the screen seemed loose several months later, but the iPad was still functioning. Then this weekend, the screen started to appear "jerky" and the iPad was pretty much useless. We called a couple places open on Sunday that wanted over $200 for a new screen. I thought we should get a new iPad, rather than spend $200 to replace another screen on an outdated model. But we took it by the shop on Tuesday when they were open during the week. The tech had it working like new within 5 minutes, at no charge, and we didn't even have the receipt from the first repair. (I'm sure they could have looked it up if they thought we were dishonest). Anyway, really appreciate the immediate attention when I stopped by and quick fix.

Chris did a wonderful job of getting the multitude of Smart devices, laptops, TVs, etc. at home running optimally. Not only did he fix it, I also got a tutorial on the issues and resolution, which in my view was a great add-on. The total cost and time to completion was lower than the initial estimate.
