Today my computer appeared to have a virus so I brought it back. They explained it was not a virus, but some other means of locking my computer. The fix took about a minute and they gave instructions on how to handle a situation like this if it happened again. There was no charge. I'm very pleased with their service. My wife had her iPad screen replaced at this shop over a year ago…read more We noticed the edge of the screen seemed loose several months later, but the iPad was still functioning. Then this weekend, the screen started to appear "jerky" and the iPad was pretty much useless. We called a couple places open on Sunday that wanted over $200 for a new screen. I thought we should get a new iPad, rather than spend $200 to replace another screen on an outdated model. But we took it by the shop on Tuesday when they were open during the week. The tech had it working like new within 5 minutes, at no charge, and we didn't even have the receipt from the first repair. (I'm sure they could have looked it up if they thought we were dishonest). Anyway, really appreciate the immediate attention when I stopped by and quick fix.

Chris did a wonderful job of getting the multitude of Smart devices, laptops, TVs, etc. at home running optimally.
