Rob took a look at some damaged parts I had, told me what he could figure out, told me what he wasn't sure about, and then told me what he had no idea about. Then he called up another guy in town who might be able to solve my problem. In other words, he solved my problem in a way that made him no money whatsoever. And he didn't BS me. Computers are messy things. It takes a confident and customer-minded business to acknowledge that and still work to meet the customer's needs. read more

I came in to TwoRobs with a computer emergency (to me) towards the end of their day, they not only diligently worked to identify the problem but even fixed it that day staying past their normal hours. The guys were so helpful and I will not be going to anywhere else for computer issues! Thanks Rob & the team!!! read more

The business is down to only one Rob, but he does a fine job. My iMac was acting up, and he fixed it for a very reasonable fee. He made a point of talking with me personally, and gave me advice about avoiding the same problem in the future. Unfortunately the same thing happened. I took it back, they checked it out, and did not charge me anything, saying they could not find anything wrong. Nice to find an ethical business. I will definitely use them again, and I recommend the business highly. read more

I am impressed and thankful for Rob and David at the Two Robs! They spent time with me and my Mac assessing the problems I encountered. They listened and provided me with reasonable suggestions. They kept my computer for a few days and completed maintenance. I have to mention that I was fairly stressed when I arrived and they both had such a relaxed, calm demeanor that I became at ease fairly quickly. My computer is fixed and David spent an additional amount of time with me educating me on how to become more proficient with my computer at a very reasonable price. His patience was much appreciated and I feel more confident about navigating my computer! I will go back anytime I have computer issues! Great group of people! read more

Then this weekend, the screen started to appear "jerky" and the iPad was pretty much useless. We called a couple places open on Sunday that wanted over $200 for a new screen. I thought we should get a new iPad, rather than spend $200 to replace another screen on an outdated model. But we took it by the shop on Tuesday when they were open during the week. The tech had it working like new within 5 minutes, at no charge, and we didn't even have the receipt from the first repair. (I'm sure they could have looked it up if they thought we were dishonest). Anyway, really appreciate the immediate attention when I stopped by and quick fix.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was and of the many washing machine and dryers it had inside that was almost like New in how well kept they were. The Laundromat opens early in the morning at 6:00AM, and it closes at 10PM. It has plenty of parking spaces outside as well as fast food restaurant near by for one to get a bite to eat while doing their laundry. It has an ATM machine in case one needs to get money as well as two change machine in case one needs change to work the top of the line commercial washing machines and dryers. It also has a laundry soap washing machine where you can purchase small boxes of laundry soap for individual loads of clothes. It also has special laundry wheel carts where you can place your clothes from the washer to the dryer, and the take the dry clothes to one of the folding tables to be folded. For your convenience it has clean Public Restrooms for you to use while doing your laundry as well as a soda machine in case you get thirsty. To entertain you while you're doing your clothes, it has several.TV that you can watch while sitting in one of the chairs provided. They have small and larger washers and dryers, that one can use depending in the size of one's laundry. The machines are very clean and there is a lady in charge of cleaning the dryer's filters daily and of cleaning the interior of the place. Just by observing all that I did, I have no hesitation in doing my laundry there and would highly recommend this place to all those who need to do there laundry in a Laundromat either for the time being or forever.
