We were informed that we couldn't cancel the contract but could buy it out. Since we didn't have that kind of money, we agreed to finish paying for the contract, despite not actually using the service. Fast forward to today when I notice we're still being charged. When I called to ask, was told our contract ended in May, and they were charging us month-to-month now. Asked if I could cancel, was told they'd send an email with the form. Asked about a refund. Got rules and regs. Asked for a supervisor, same story. After speaking with 4 people today, and all of them spouting the Sam answers, I demanded yet another supervisor, and was told they'd call me back. I'm giving them until noon tomorrow before I call back. I worked customer service for decades. This kind of pushback is appalling to any company I've ever worked for.

The only thing wrong, was that the protective cover on the camera was cracked, blurring my pictures. The gentleman said I probably just needed to remove it. He was right! He didn't charge for the advice. I would definitely patron this place for honest advice and personal service. When the (not needed) protective cover came off, everything was great with my camera. This place is awesome!

He spent a good bit of time trying to get my laptop to boot up and eventually removed the hard drive and battery to take them to his home workshop so he could retrieve my info and put it on my thumb drive. He rang me in the evening to say that sadly the hard drive was corrupt and couldn't be accessed. The battery had begun to bow upward, so it was a goner too. In his opinion the 7 year old machine wasn't worth fixing because at that age things would just keep going wrong. Kinda like a used car. In the end he didn't charge me a penny because he wasn't able to fix my machine! How often does that happen?!! So if you have a PC that is giving you trouble and you want someone to come to you, definitely give Ken a call. You won't regret it.

I strongly recommend Armor for all of your business or home security needs, and their prices are very reasonable for the system that you get when compared with national companies that give the bare minimum systems for the price I see advertised on television all the time. I really like the fact that Armor provided a standard system that covered more areas of my home for less money.
