Their estimator, Nathan, evaluated my complex commercial situation thoroughly, and then he navigated permitting and a historical review to gain permits with approvals. From there, a team that included Jeff, Kameron, Shane, and Marcos executed Nathan's plan expertly and efficiently. They dealt with various obstacles creatively and professionally and, each day, they left the premises tidy and functioning for the people working in the building. Requested service through Cline's web site. Waited several days and didn't get a call back. Called the office and left a message requesting residential service. Person who answered said they would call me back. Several weeks have gone by without a call or response to the two request. read more

After describing our electrical problem to APCO, they sent a service man to our home. 9 hours later they arrived about 10 p.m. (we are still without service). After checking out the problem APCO said we needed an electrician to fix the problem with our service panel inside the house. The next morning early we called Cline Electrical Service ... Jerry said they would rearrange their schedule to get someone out to our house. 1 hour later they were here ... and said APCO needed to be here! They called APCO and moved on to their other calls. APCO came in 2 hrs this time ... checked it out and said the electrician needed to be here with him. APCO contacted Cline and they came back within the hour! Problem got fixed thanks to the quick competent response by Cline Electrical Service. PS - The problem wasn't our service panel! read more
