As we left, a women ran and opened the door offering to help us. It was too late at that point after we were tacitly ignored for nearly 20 minutes. A waste of time for us. We will not return and have found another business in town who helped us find exactly what we need. They understand customer service. Ferguson most certainly does not. Jacob, your response to my review further proves my point of how you run your business. Your…read morereference to "a charge of less than $400" was exactly $399 for replacing two ceiling fan. That price included taking, without permission (stealing), two working ceiling fans. You indicate your standard prices which you knew at the time the appointment was made and prior to providing the service. However, you failed by simply indicating the amount when asked multiple times. Call me what you may, that does not change the fact that you over charged for replacing two ceiling fans that were provided and one of your staff was not certified. I admit failure on my part for not insisting that you provide your "standard cost" which would certainly determined my decision not to use your business. Your cost is ridiculous compared to standard rates of other electrical businesses for the same work with materials included. I am not looking for anything, you were paid in full and refused to consider a lesser cost. I want people to know, if they decide to use your business, ensure you are honest and fair with them or consider other options.
