They paid little attention to actually working to address the carpet issues, and acted like they just wanted to get the job done as fast as they could, and not as good a job as they could. They did what they said they would do, clean the carpet. As far as being focused on doing as good a job as they could, not even close. If you have a newer carpet with no stains, this bunch will do. If you have an older carpet, and/or carpet stains, these people could care less and you might want to look elsewhere.

K & S made the bathroom shower look new. K & S also power washed my kitchen floor. The tile grout had been almost black, and K & S restored it to its original creamy color. Our belongings were left scattered throughout different areas of our home instead of being kept organized, making it difficult to locate or access many of our items. Our brand-new appliances were left sitting in our garage and sunroom for an extended period rather than being protected and managed as part of the restoration process. What should have been the beginning of restoring our home instead resulted in additional damage, lengthy delays, and unnecessary stress. Based on our experience, I would not recommend SERVPRO.
