I was on a "waiting list" with one place when I noticed a Star City Plumbing truck across the street from my house. I am grateful for the prompt and efficient job well done. I will be calling them again when needed.

From the owner: Been in the HVAC trade since 2012. Worked for companies such as Cundiff, Ostrom, and Comfort…read moreServices Inc. I've worked both residential and commercial equipment for 13 years and seen and serviced dozens of brands and systems including heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, mini splits. Also specialize in duct cleaning, filtration, humidification, and air purification. I can service and install water heaters as well. I've worked for good companies that take care of their customers by offering regular maintenance and honest work and bad companies that just want to upsell you and raid your wallet. I'm a technician first. Each call I go to I find the problem(s). Then offer solutions to repair the problem. At a fair price. Most higher end companies look at your system not only to find the problem but see other "possibilities" that could harm your system in the future. Although for some older systems this may be true but most of the time, they are just trying to scare you into buying things you don't need. They are trained to use "scare" tactics into frightening you to go with their overpriced equipment and hourly rate. I was trained to take care of customers the way I want to be taken care of when I need service. Not just to sell. You keep customers through honesty and integrity.
