They didn't even check with Bryant to find out there was a 10 year warranty, which it has, and then sent a guy the next morning to sell her a new system for $7200. I called Bryant. They recommended 3 Bryant recommended company's. I called the first one, American. They came out the next day. There was too much refrigerant in the system causing the problem. He removed some of the refrigerant and, Walla, it was fixed. $160 and done. Do not call Southern Trust. Call American!
