It is quite traumatizing to have the house you love, not just a house but HOME, damaged by flame, smoke and water. Our Servpro mitigation manager was Morgan Wilburn and our Servpro reconstruction manager was Casey Speck. They and their crew, mitigation crew lead Shelby, and Skyler, Eddison, Emilio, Luis, and Daniel, plus reconstruction crew members Chris Dangerfield and Matthew Sprague, were a Godsend for us. They not only were extremely professional, highly detailed oriented, and skilled beyond belief at what they do, they understood what we were going through. At every twist and turn everyone went out of their way to take care of us. Explain what was going to happen, what they were doing during the recovery work, and making sure to quickly respond to any and all questions. When issues came up that caused us anxiety everyone at Servpro listened to us, I mean REALLY listened to us, and then quickly addressed our concerns and eased our minds. 'Take A Little Bit' of time to talk with these guys. Don't think 'I'll Get By' with my mold or air quality issues. You could but, eventually you won't. Do not put yourself worrying 'Endless Nights' how you could fix all of your air quality issues. 'Get A Move On' and get 'Two Tickets To Paradise' instead of 'Shakin'' by the thoughts of mold. In all seriousness, the Green Home Solutions team has helped me and my family a few times. Reasonable cost too. I never thought I would want to learn about mold yet, they are so informative and educational. It truly helps the process. Each member of their staff that I have met has been nothing but kind and extremely helpful. If you have any sort of air quality issues, I highly suggest you call And Brady and his team.
