Biggest mistake of our lives. They spent more than 2 months not showing up to the project, the owner was not able to be reached on multiple occasions and even after a meeting where they apologized multiples times, there was no improvement. The staff is tremendously kind and do their absolute best, but leadership is non-existent and we have lost thousands of dollars of our property they either lost or threw away without any consent. They also did not document anything appropriately and we have now found instances of them trying to bill our insurance to train their own staff and for running equipment far past the reasonable range simple because they didn't show up to remove it from our home. They cleaned and returned items they marked as non-salvageable and unsafe and returned items to us marked cleaned that were still FILTHY from soot. They have not returned our attempts at communication. We feel as though we are being forced to pursue legal action. If you want your home back, DON'T use them! (pictures are of items they charged our insurance to clean, marked as clean and returned them to us to put back in our home)

They finished in about an hour- and when I couldn't find the plug for my recliner, they came right back to show me where they'd stowed it. Fantastic! Also, in terms of scheduling, Josh was really responsive and respectful. I told him I was getting quotes from multiple companies and he didn't try to pressure or rush me. When the lock to my new apartment broke, less than 24 hours before my scheduled move, he was willing to reschedule last minute if needed. Price-wise, ACE was comparable to what the other three moving companies I contacted quoted me ($400-$500, with a 2-hour minimum despite this being a simple and quick job). In the end, it turned out to be closer to $300, which was great! More expensive than hauling this stuff myself, sure, but worth the money to not risk my back. I will definitely hire ACE again the next time I move.
