The owner, Tsetsi, was highly recommended by a plumber that had done work for us. Tsetsi completed our master bathroom remodel as well as renovation of 4 other bathrooms in the house. The quality of work was excellent. He did a beautiful job redesigning the master bath shower. The tile work he did in the master bath shower and around the bathtub was exceptionally beautiful. He also tiled floors in three of the other bathrooms and they are all equally as nice. His attention to detail was impressive. Tetsi also recommended other tradesmen for work on the job such as a plumber, electrician, and a company that we worked with to have quartz countertops installed in each bathroom. The quality of these people was also exceptional. Of note, each of them commented to me about the high quality of Tsetsi's work, and how easy he is to work with. Tsetsi has repaired boards on our deck, managed and built supports under the deck for a hot tub, painted cabinets, built shelves, and things I can't even remember. He can make just about anything happen. The communication with Tsetsi is the best I have had with someone who worked on my house. This was especially important because the house being worked on is three hours from our full-time residence. It was reassuring that he kept in close contact. He was willing to do anything we asked, and he was able to figure out what needed to be done. The cost and timeline were right on target. Tetsi and his workers were respectful of our house and cleaned up after the work was done. We highly recommend TBH Home Solutions for just about any project on a house. ATTIC DOOR: Jacop politely texted to let us know he'd gotten delayed on another job. His…read morecourteousness was much appreciated. When he showed for the job, he was professional and fixed the attic door. It had a bent arm, and we were losing heat because the door didn't fully close. He spent time adjusting the springs and replaced (both) side arms to keep the weight and tension evenly distributed. He got it done and we were pleased with the end result. DRIED PAINT ON CARPET: The 2nd task was to remove spilled, dried in paint on carpet. We tried everything ourselves to clean up the stain, and even rented, "Rug Doctor". We thought our only hope was to remove the carpet and tile that floor to match our other floors. Jacop said that he thought he could remove the stains, and to our amazement, he got it done with a wire brush and the appropriate stain removal for dried in paint. Jacop saved us a lot of money, and thanks to his honesty and problem solving, we didn't have to tile that room after all. It looks like there was never any stains on that carpet. We are incredibly happy with the end result and the money he saved us on not having to tile that room! Jacop is not only efficient, but also honest. Thank goodness that he came up with a solution, rather than hitting us with an expensive tile job. We appreciated his honesty, which is rare these days! He's a very nice person and we would use his services again.

Charlie stopped by the next day and said he would come back and finish/correct things, and that was the last I heard from him. It's been almost 2 weeks now, and no response to my texts. I can't speak to the quality of his work because nothing was finished. I'm now having to scramble to do the projects myself while the weather is warm, though the sliding door will have to wait (and be basically unusable) until I can get someone stronger to lift the door. Almost 65 and reasonably adept at most household repairs, but decided to give the back and knee a break and get help this time. I chose poorly.
