Adam Smith, owner, came to evaluate and work up a bid on repairing rotted joists on our front deck. He was punctual, easy to communicate with both in person and by texts and honest. His quote was not the cheapest or the highest, but, post job, I am SO glad I chose Smitty's. Smitty's called and rescheduled to come EARLIER than first expected. Has anyone EVER had a contractor come early?! Since we had a gaping hole outside of our front door, I was very happy to reschedule in this way. Smitty's team were all obviously chosen to represent the business in the manner that the owner presented. Each young man was patient, polite and kind. They seemed to work well together, actually enjoying the progress they made each day. This team was an encouraging bunch to have at our front door, no stress, no yelling curse words, no trash left around. Again, I have only been thankful that I chose Smitty's team. We actually contracted 2 projects, the deck and a generator shed. The shed materials were chosen by the team lead to go with another shed near-by. The men tested the generator inside the new shed to ensure that ventilation and space were right and printed an easy-to-follow operating instruction sheet for me. That is above and beyond. I recommend Smitty's Residential Builders whole-heartedly with zero reservations. read more

Great communication. Quickly worked the job into their schedule. Amazing work. Everything was top notch and looked fantastic when finished. We had my grandmothers bathroom redone to allow for aging accessibility. She is very particular and she has said nothing but great things about the employees who were completing the job to the excitement she has in the satisfaction with the work done. Highly recommend. read more
