When we picked up the order, one of the boxes had clearly been opened previously, but it appeared full, so we didn't think much of it. When I later attempted to return that box, I was told, "Oh no, it's missing a few pieces, so we can't take it back." I began explaining the situation to Curtis, but he interrupted me mid-sentence and began speaking to me in a condescending manner. The refinisher I had hired to do my floors didn't work out, so I contacted him and he came right out to give me an estimate. They started work pretty quick, and were done in a shorter amount of time than the initial contractor had said. They did a great job! My floors are 18 years old and they now look new! They were highly recommended to us and we have used them for carpeting, vinyl flooring and tile work since fall of 2011. They installed two sheet vinyl floors for us, one vinyl tile entryway and two rooms of wall-to-wall carpet and they are in the process of tiling our fireplace surround. The quality of their work is outstanding. They are meticulous, they leave the site clean and they are happy to help with moving furniture to facilitate the process. We have particularly appreciated their willingness to work within our budget, offering knowledgeable suggestions but no pressure.

When I asked why the wood was not replaced they replied, "We chose not to." I now have to live with an incomplete job that includes water damaged wood. I would never use them again.
