When we picked up the order, one of the boxes had clearly been opened previously, but it appeared full, so we didn't think much of it. When I later attempted to return that box, I was told, "Oh no, it's missing a few pieces, so we can't take it back." I began explaining the situation to Curtis, but he interrupted me mid-sentence and began speaking to me in a condescending manner. The refinisher I had hired to do my floors didn't work out, so I contacted him and he came right out to give me an estimate. They started work pretty quick, and were done in a shorter amount of time than the initial contractor had said. They did a great job! My floors are 18 years old and they now look new!
