We had just had gutters replaced, they dented the gutters with their ladders. The clean up was not done well. They trampled our rhubarb plants & it was a VERY bad experience. I had always heard such great things about Window World, but if I ever need other windows, doors etc, I will not choose Window World to do the job. They did give me a discount f ($200) and get a service guy to come to recaulk the windows & replace one of the downspouts they bent up. But it was a very unfavorable experience

Replace french doors with slider to deck: Nice, friendly, professional installation. 1 star. Replace front entry system (door, side lights, transom window.) Nice, friendly, incompetent, appeared inexperienced crew leader, B-. Crew member often answered questions when he didn't have an answer. He was more interested in getting paid than quality control and doing a good job. Door handle put on crooked. Corrected when I brought to his attention (after payment.) He thanked me for noticing it because he didn't and he would have felt bad leaving it like it was.) I questioned caulking on outside. He said it couldn't be fixed. Caulking on inside of door (foyer floor against tile) was so bad. Totally unacceptable, unprofessional, lack of self pride in work. Also, door wouldn't lock from inside. WW send Don Southern out to satisfy my complaints. Don is a great employee. My satisfaction was most important to him. He cleaned up caulking on inside as best he could. Fixed the door lock. On his own came back to cover the caulking with toe molding. Had to come back to work on fixing the calking on outside. Don was the only one to salvage this unacceptable mess. Bottom line, crew leader should have quality control and fix obvious messes, or bad installation. Not recommend WW for this type of service.

The company who had put the roof on in 2010, had went out of business. The work done by All-In-One in October, 2015 was great. Problem solved. The project manager was fantastic and very responsive. Fast forward to March 2022 and a little background on my house. I have a log cabin. It is all wood, including the roof and support beam that runs the whole crest of the roof can be seen from the inside of the house. It has cathedral ceilings and does not have an attic. The first part of March, a leak started over my stairs leading up to the second level of the house. I set a date for the AIO project manager to come out and take a look at the problem. The date came and went with the manager apologizing for not being available. Set a second date. The next date the manager showed up and looked at the problem. I asked if the previous project manager still worked for the company. I was told no. An inspection continued and the new project manager told me this company had worked on log cabins in the past without any trouble. The estimate was provided and I agreed to the work to be done, but wanted a list of materials. I was told I would be given it when the crew arrived to begin work. A couple days before the work was to begin, a delivery of the materials came. It included a ridge vent. This type of hour CANNOT have a ridge vent because cutting into the peak of the roof would be cutting into the support beam. I called to protest the vent being installed. Also, it seemed to me like an awful lot of shingles and nails for this project. The work began with another layer of particle board to provide additional protection on the roof and no vent. The roof was installed. I anticipated no problems and was told everything looked great. I had to have 2 hip replacements this year, so climbing on top of the house at that time was almost impossible and I had to take their word for the great work. To make a long story short, the work was terrible. There was never a problem with leaking around my chimney and sky lights, but after this roof was installed, I had rivers of water in an ALL WOOD HOUSE. Water and wood do not go together. I called MANY times about the leaking problems and was told the problem had to be with the chimney. A friend of mine who is 88 years old and had put on roofs for many years came over to evaluate the problem. He crawled on top of my very steep roof and saw the problem immediately. He said when the new particle board was put on, it made little room for flashing. So, AIO tried to use aluminum in hopes of diverting any water without putting the flashing flush against the cement of the chimney. They put the aluminum one the decorative stone. Also, we wrapped the chimney with a tarp to PROVE water was not coming in through the chimney. After MANY calls and LOTS of caulk, it still leaked. I knew it would never be fixed by this company, so this year I found a company that had 40 years of experience and came out to evaluated the problem and told me the same thing my friend told me. They should have cut some of the decorative stone to get a flush bond to the cement. I have had multiple hard rains after the fix and not ONE leak. I had a five year warranty with this company, which if you read the fine print of the contract, means nothing. Also, the extra material for this job, including the ridge vent, were loaded up and taken away. I have to wonder if the vent and extra material were taken to another job and the residents were charged. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT hire this company. Our roof required replacing when we discovered a leak due to rotted…read morewood. After assessing the roof, the All-In-One estimator assured us that the terms of the contract would be satisfied. The crew completed the job in a single day. However, they did not replace the rotted wood. The flashing on the dormer was poorly installed and only partially caulked. No roof vent was installed. And the supervisor did not supervise or take pictures of the installation process, a contingency of the warranty. When we called the estimator to express our concerns, it was apparent that he was unfamiliar with the terms of the contract, and we had to review the details that we had highlighted for his review. The owner of the company returned in two days to correct the mistakes (i.e., replace the rotted wood, replace the shingles, caulk the flashing, install the roof vent). However, we have no evidence that the other components of the installation were completed per the contract. Home owner BEWARE!
