I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Quest Floor Care. The level of customer service I received was beyond disappointing--it was outright rude. From the very beginning, they showed a complete lack of professionalism and communication skills. Not once did they bother to provide an estimate for the work they were supposed to perform on my carpet and tile cleaning. I live in a different state and was getting my daughters carpet and tile cleaned prior to her move in, before college starts. To make matters worse, their exorbitant prices left me shocked! I couldn't believe the audacity of Quest Floor Care to charge such high rates for a service that ultimately turned out to be a disappointment. I had three bedrooms with carpet cleaned and tile in three small bathrooms along with the kitchen area. The carpet was almost new and barely needed to be cleaned. The bill was over $1000 and done in a few hour time period. When I brought up my concerns about the poor quality of their work in the kitchen, Joseph Rogers response was nothing short of disappointing. Not only did he refuse to take responsibility or suggest to fix the grout in question, but he also flat-out refused to apologize or consider lowering the bill. He was irate that the bill wasn't paid on the day of service. I would not pay for a service, I didn't inspect. He wanted to charge me more to acid etch or color stain the dirty grout that he already sealed! It's as if they have no regard for customer satisfaction or maintaining a decent reputation. I would strongly advise against anyone using Quest Floor Care for their services. The combination of abysmal customer service, sky-high prices, and work that is not satisfactory makes for a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment and look elsewhere for professionals who actually value their customers and provide the services they promise at a competitive price with no surprises along the way! read more

I have used Quest twice now. The first time, We had a pipe burst on our first floor, and Joseph rushed over to suck out the water from our carpet. The most recent time we had him come over to clean our carpets before moving out. We had wear and tear, including paint stains, that were almost 3 years old. Although I honestly didn't expect the paint stains to come out, by the time he was done, they were gone. Joseph is professional, he is flexible, he's courteous, and he is gifted at what he does. I can't say enough about how professional, thorough and knowledgeable Joseph was! We have original tile in a 32 year old house and the grout was beyond gross! Because the tile was raised I couldn't get the grout cleaned so I had to 'call in the professionals' and I am so glad I did! The floors look amazing, Joseph took his time and made sure I was pleased with everything, and made sound recommendations on other areas of the home that need to be addressed soon. He was extremely professional and knowledgable! Additionally, he did a thorough job of cleaning and was very careful to get every last bit of the spot up. He was able to get my terrible giant bleach stain out of my beige/white carpet with no problem! He even gave me a free carpet spot cleaner in addition to my bleach cleaning. He said that if the free spot cleaner didn't work he would come back and clean the spots for free. I would definitely recommend him, he did a great job! read more

My 100 lb dog vomited on my brand new carpet in three places. Plus we are selling our house! After an hour of scrubbing I called Quest in a panic. He came the very next day and cleaned all three stains, restoring the carpet to its brand new condition. He even got the putrid odor out. Extremely professional and quick.
