I drive down Bennington all the time. I've been in that laundromat before. Pulled in, no one hanging around outside, people inside are actually doing their laundry! No trash, machines look good Get my clothes in, really start looking around, IT LOOKS SO GOOD! Floors, machines, sink area that use to be so gross...... all of it so clean When I saw the same guy, working just as hard as he was when I seen him on the last visit. I made sure to let him know that he doing an amazing job! We chatted, exchanged a few kid stories, properly introduced ourselves before he politely excused himself to return to work. I returned to folding my laundry on CLEAN tables. Carlos's hard work truly shines through. The remarkable turnaround and upkeep, both inside and out, will definitely have me returning! They have lots of conveniences like rechargeable, laundry cards that you can get for frequent visits, etc. All the machines had credit card options, although I used good old-fashioned cash. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she was very nice. You know when you've met somebody that cares about the service they provide you. She does. But that not my issue. My issue is why do we let businesses get away with mistreating our communities of black and brown customers. How do you have a laundromat without a working restroom. People are here for hours at a time and can't use the restroom. Some people are dropped off and that's unfortunate and unacceptable that you put an out of order sign up so we won't use it. Fucked up is what it is. I won't return. For that reason I only give it a 2 star.

I have…read morenegative associations with most coin laundries from the days when I had to use them every week - they were dirty, many machines were broken, all the working machines were in use, unsavory people were hanging around, etc. But this place was totally different. It's clean. It had plenty of washers and driers including a good number of the commercial size I needed. Plenty of machines were available. In a Wednesday afternoon there weren't many people there, and the ones that were seemed reasonably savory. There was a working side machine and even a clean bathroom. I got all the change I needed from one of the two working change machines, and got the job done fairly quickly. In fact, my only complaint is that there were no chairs or benches to sit on. Nothing. Nada. I think I understand why, but it was still an annoyance. I had to position my car so I could sit in it and watch the entrances in case my laundry decided to walk out. Overall though, I would highly recommend this place.
