When I called and left a message no one retuned my call. So I just drove over there. The lady working in the store got mad when I came to get my computer. She said she didn't have enough time to look at it yet. I took it to cyberline on electric road and they fixed it in 4 hours. I would not recommend roanoke computers to my worst enemy. Awful, awful service

I have always had very good service from the Verizon wireless store on Orange Avenue. The Verizon…read moreowned store at Valley View is a nightmare - over an hour wait, in the midst of the pandemic unvaccinated staff not wearing masks, mistakes in programming my phone (I had to come back) & upsetting all the time. The Orange avenue store listens to my needs including what I want to spend & even took care of ordering a new cell Helmut for me. The staff is friendly, helpful & I will continue to give them my business.

We visited here yesterday to upgrade our phones. It was a disaster, first off their credit card…read moresystem was down so they couldn't accept them. They helped my mom get a new iPhone 6s but they didn't help her set it up or anything! They just handed her the phone and sent her on her way, after we had to go to an arm and get out cash because their system wasn't working. Then they tried to help me get the same kind of phone, first they were out of the rose gold phones, which is understandable due to it being the first weekend the phones are out. Second, I owed $183 on the phone I had. I was prepared to pay it, but because their credit card system was down they couldn't let me upgrade. Plus, the manager there said even if I paid the amount I owed I would still have to wait a month before I could get a new phone. They also told us that it was all of Virginia that the credit card system was down for Verizon (WHICH WAS A LIE!) So we decided to go out to the valley view store. They helped us tremendously! I got a new phone, they helped my mom and I both set them up and even threw in some extras! I would not recommend this Verizon store to anyone! Go to a corporate store not an authorized dealer!!
