I did some searching, read some reviews and researched some prices and decided to check out B & D Lock Co in Roanoke. I was still expecting to spend at least $80, so to only get charged $25 was an AMAZING deal! I had bought the fob off of Amazon so it saved me a little money. Highly recommend and will be returning if I need ANY keys cut. Unfortunately I don't remember who helped me, but I'm the person with the 2012 orange Chevy Sonic and you absolutely made my day if not my month! I was literally having a mini celebration in my car. Two calls were between 7:00pm-10:00pm. The other 2 calls were between 8:30 am and 2:00pm. The advertised daily hours are 9:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. Those hours alone are pretty short compared to B&D and Security Lock and Key. I really don't know how you do business like that. Singularly the most unresponsive business transaction with a company that I have ever experienced. I don't understand businesses like this. The calls were not during weather events, holidays, etc. Mysteriously poor performance.
