Both units are ~ 1000 sq feet each and required an oil based primer coat on everything in order to convert to latex paint and to block stains and some smoker smell. He communicated well and kept me up to date on progress as we do not live locally. He was also flexible with changes needed during project such as adding on some additional exterior painting at a reasonable cost so everything was fresh and ready for market.
