The short - Great personal service and very affordable. The Long - I'm always cautious when getting my computer fixed. TNC has really earned my loyalty and repeat business now. I visited once about a year ago to get my screen on my laptop replaced and refreshingly had options presented to me. Because it was an older laptop I took the more affordable option and it is still working great!! The second time I went in with a much more difficult request and I was so impressed by the time Christian took to really explain all the details to me. I was referred to this place by a friend and thought it would be better than going somewhere that I didn't have someone to refer me to, so I tried them. The owner, Christian, is very professional and personable. He gave me several options when I brought in my old laptop to have it fixed and I ended up selling it to him for more than I thought I might get by selling it online. I opted to put the credit toward a newer laptop that he had. They started transferring over all of my data from my old laptop. It was so easy. Due to my schedule, I wasn't able to make it back to pick up my new laptop before they closed, but Tori, Christian's tech, offered to meet me on her way out of town so I didn't have to come back the next day. I was floored by the customer service. Then I found out that the owner drives other customers' computers to their homes himself. Is this normal? I have emailed this company again with computer questions and they've been great about getting back to me quickly. It's hard to find people who know what they're doing and don't charge you an arm and a leg. These guys really are Top Notch. :) read more

Just had my first experience with Top Notch Computers and I am pleased to say that they did a great job. I left my Acer laptop with them because the screen stopped working. They diagnosed the problem and installed a new screen. Unfortunately my hard drive also had issues and it required them to do some additional work. They fixed it up migrated my data and gave me my old hard drive as well. AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME EXTRA! All I can say is that these guys seemed very honest and concerned about fixing my computer the right way even though I was not happy to leave it an additional day. The only reason its not 5 stars is that it took an extra day to get it fixed. Thanks and I highly recommend these guys. read more

Be aware! Anticipated quick repair of printer not printing. First tech left and printer did not work. Later fixed by a manager in 10 min. Received exorbitant bill after being assured that only one visit would be billed. I called office and was told that the bill amount was for the time and travel ( to and fro) was what the bill stated. Travel time was stated at 18-20 minutes x2. Travel time is billed at their per hour charge. NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

Best IT assistance!! I work remotely for a massive (read: bureaucratic) organization, and without Top Notch I'd lose countless hours trying to get IT issues solved. I had a great expectation on TNC when I first went there to drop my LapTop. All the excitement to receive a good service collapsed the same minute I stepped into their office the day I went to pick up my laptop. The monitor external shell (black in color) was covered of 3 very long scratches. The most scary thing is that nobody noticed and nobody was able to give a real explanation except of an excuse. I can accept this from a machine shop not from a computer repair office. It is not even worthed to mention the second disappointment I had at the same time. To cut a long story short I left with a huge bill and a scratched computer. I hope I will never have to go there again. NOT RECOMMENDED read more

I recently had a significant amount of liquid accidentally spilled onto my brand new macbook which damaged several components and automatically disqualified it to be fixed under Apple Care. After getting an estimate from Apple, that was almost as much as buying a new computer, I decided to give TNC a chance and I'm so glad that I did! They were extremely helpful and were even able to fix my laptop at a very reasonable price. They also helped me with other general maintenance and set up an external hard drive for me. I looked these guys up, read the reviews here and stopped by Monday. Thoroughly knowledgeable, they believed they'd be able to repair before I had to leave. In the process, they found a couple of additional parts were needed; contacted me to let me know and then took the time to do the work correctly. No stars wasn't an option. These people are horrible. We took in our lap top they told us they would call in three days with an estimate. Never heard from them. My husband had to walk into their store just to talk to them. They told my husband they were going to put a new hard drive in our laptop and it was would the exact same hard drive as what they were taking out and quoted us a price for that. When my husband when to pick it up he found out on the form they had put something completely different in, which they did without calling us to confirm what we would want to do. He took it in stride and went home to check their work. When we checked the hard drive number on the computer we found out it was not the same as what was on the recite. It was actually a lesser quality then what we were quoted on the recite. These people lied to us 3 times and offered in now way to make up for it. From now on we will steer clear of these people. Dishonesty in my book is not ok, Especially when we end up paying for something we aren't getting. read more
