When I had a recent issue with my Sonos system, Dan, the office manager helped me work through possible causes and eventually tied the problem back to the Rotel amp. He then arranged for a tech to stop by and remove the amp, get it repaired under warranty, and then reinstalled. Throughout the process he was friendly and patient, working through the problem, rather than taking the easy way out and just quickly "scheduling a tech for repair". Great customer support!

In the end, I scared up an old PC and brought it back in to have the old hard drive copied over, clean up and optimized.
