I cannot praise Mark of Serenity Computers enough. Several weeks ago, my computer suddenly became deadly slow. I couldn't even use it. Mark came and got it, and in a few days, it was like new. He eliminated viruses, infections, and he installed protections.
But then, out of the blue, the keyboard locked up, and the only way I could use it was to constantly restart my computer. Mark came back and worked with it, but it was a real problem with no apparent solution. Yesterday evening, Mark came over with his portable keyboard and sat in front of my computer for two solid hours (after hours) to at least find out what the problem was. All the while, he was thinking, observing, and calculating what the problem could be.
I finally gave up, and I think he was close to it, as well. But he said he had come up with one more idea while he was working. I was skeptical, but told him to try it, and he finally tapped on one key, and it was completely fixed! While he had been working, he came up with the idea that it was a software glitch, and he was right.
He charged me nothing because he said he had just a few weeks ago he had worked on my computer and billed me. Mark is fair, persistent, reasonably priced, and he never gives up!! And I am so lucky he doesn't. And, really, the whole lake here is lucky to have him. read more
