Kind Manager, gave me 15% off, even though it's difficult for me to check in. They have fun claw machines at the beginning of the store and their drinks are pretty good. They have Internet as well.

Always like stopping by this spot after grabbing some food at one of the other spots. Drinks are always good, service is always fast and friendly, and place is cute while you wait. Worth a trip if you want a quick tasty dessert drink after eating elsewhere.
Stopped in for a refreshing tea while running errands. I enjoyed the passion fruit tea with lychee jelly and boba. The service was quick and ambiance was nice. I was in a rush, so I drank my tea in the car.
The workers deserve a raise! The menu is consistent and the same as their other locations, which is nice. I recommend getting their flavored and milk teas if you're not familiar with the franchise. * Halo Halo: 10/10 - perfectly made and toppings were well-cooked There were only 2 workers working when we came, and it was quite crowded, so we waited for about 10 minutes for our drinks. Only 1 of the workers was making all the drinks, and there seemed to be a lot to be done, so we were understanding. Even though it was quite hectic, he still made our drinks perfectly, and we enjoyed them. Compared to other locations, the interior was kind of small, but they had a decent amount of seating. We'll be sure to come back if we're ever in the area!
This place is pretty good. I ordered the Matcha without sweetener and I really liked it. I feel most places you have to tell them not too sweeten it because if not, it comes back with sugar. This place you can actually tell them how much sugar to put in if you want any at all. I had a few iced teas from here too, and they are all good. The staff is very friendly as well.
Ordered a matcha red bean ice BLENDED with ice cream on DoorDash. What I got was a matcha mess. By the color and taste, it was not blended with ice cream because it was straight up matcha tea and it wasn't even blended! There were huge chunks of ice in there. Refer to the picture. It's as if they didn't have a blender and just smashed the ice in a ziplock and dumped it in a cup. As for the red bean at the bottom?? Looks like less than a tablespoon worth. So disappointed and couldn't even get my money back.
Sharetea has a large selection of options, service was quick, and I was even able to use a Yelp check in offer! I ordered the Wintermelon tea, and while I didn't like it as much as Bako's lemon wintermelon tea, it was still very good and met my craving for a refreshing tea. My boyfriend enjoyed his peach kiwi tea.

Good tasty flavorful bobas. Plenty of selections and made to your liking. So far the bobas we tried were all good and refreshing. The boba pearls are fresh and chewy not rubbery. Service is quick. read more

The owner I presume was very nice and welcoming. They gave my friend and I an abundant amount of boba! We felt very welcomed and the boba was delicious. We definitely recommend their winter melon tea. read more

I love the customizeable sweetness and ice levels. I always ask for 50% sweet and it never fails. The tee is flavorful and the fruit flavors are very fresh. I always grab myself a boba drink when I am in this center. I do see that the common complaint is the staff and I have to agree, the demeanor is not great but I was able to get my tea craving satisified. I still will stop by for Tea and see what kind of staff member I get since it seems to be a gamble. read more

Wow 30% sweetness is my perfect spot !!! Don't think I've ever enjoyed my boba drink as much as I am today. Not a sweeeeet person for of a Salty & chip person. This boba place had a TV screen with the different types, ice amount and sweet amount wow So delicious !!!!! New management, but bummed that they no longer have the Earl Grey series. The menu has a different look, but the drinks are the same, and they still hook you up with the boba. I got the classic black pearl milk tea, regular sweetness with less ice, and literally a third of the cup was boba. If you don't want that much, just ask them for less, easy, half, or light boba (whichever works, they'll get it!). The milk tea tasted good as usual since it had a balance of black tea, non-dairy creamer, and sugar. The lady who took my order was very nice and honored my stampcard, so I was pleasantly surprised that my stamps carried over haha. One of the other staff members let me know of their free WiFi since I wanted to study. I got a little bit of studying done, but the music, though popular and upbeat, was pretty loud. This is a one star review because of the service. The cashier is the most unfriendly unpleasant individual who looks like she wants to be anywhere but here. In this day and age, boba shops are a dime a dozen so maybe you should try to different yourself by at a minimum being friendly. I'm not sure how difficult it is to say and HELLO and and the sale to say THANK YOU. This is the second time in a row we have been here and the girl with the Abercrombie and Fitch shirt doesn't even say thank you ?????? Maybe that's why the tip jar is COMPLETELY EMPTY. I ordered a wintermelon tea with black tea and boba. It's a bit customized so I know it might throw a lot of people off.... but I can't help it. Some places have it and some don't. I can't help but to like it so muuuuuch! The combination of black tea, the distinct tea bitterness paired with the wintermelon flavor!! It's a good combination in my opinion HAHA! If you are a tea person that is! Thank you! The boba is not as soft as other boba places, it's a little bit on the chewier side. As for sweetness, it has a very subtle sweetness to it. So the boba can be a bit better, but isn't bad! My partner got Wintermelon with Fresh Milk! He was expecting it to have that richness milk texture /taste to it. . . Franchise boba spot. This location is located in a busy strip mall next to Bella Cuban and Yogurtland. There always ample amount of parking. Customer service here is a bit lacking but drinks are for the most part consistent. My go to is their Green Pearl Milk tea. I suggest getting the small boba. I think it's better than the standard one. Also recommend getting drinks at 50%sweet and less ice to really get the taste of your tea. Overall a good spot to get your boba fix read more

Wow, they have some good teas. Was in the Santa Anna area and looking for some teas/drinks. We ordered their strawberry tea, Okinawa milk tea, Thai ice tea and handmade taro with fresh milk. Could totally taste the quality in the teas. Ingredients paired well with their drinks. You can choose the level of sweetness and ice. No caffeine in the handmade taro with fresh milk but it's was so yummy and refreshing. The staff there were super cool. Great place for drinks!! read more

The coffee milk tea was fragrant and tasted like a light Vietnamese coffee. Light sweetness was a good and worked well to balance with the intense sweetness of the boba. I think the boba could have spent less time in the syrup because it was a bit too sweet for me. They were very generous with the amount of boba they added to the drink. When I asked for light ice, I actually did get light ice, which is nice. There was only one size option for the drink, which isn't the best because sometimes you just was a small dessert or pick me up rather than a large drink. The total was nearly $6, which in my opinion is a bit much. The drink was delicious and the coffee was flavorful, but I don't think it was worth shelling out six bucks. read more
I had high expectations for this place, which weren't met. The drink was fine, but tasted like just regular milk despite being flavored. The worst part was how the pearls were clumped together the entire time, making for just a massive pile on the bottom instead of coming through the straw. The music inside was super fun though. I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Sharetea is one of my preferred chained tea spots. This location is also one of my favorites. I typically go for their milk teas here and it is always perfectly sweetened with delicious flavor. They are always consistently good and never a let down. I like that they have a large variety of teas including coffee. This location is small but there's a few tables to hang out at. There is also a large outdoor communal patio area that is shared with other nearby eateries. It is located in the corner of Sunflower and Bristol. read more
Share the tea please! Everyone was craving boba tonight, and there were not many options to choose from based on our location. I called in an order of 6 teas, among them a few classic milk teas $4, a matcha milk tea $4.25, and a honey green tea $3.75- all with boba of course, for an additional 50 cent add on for each. I was glad the tea shop was able to take phone orders because a lot of them will only take your order on the spot. I was short on time so that was very helpful. This place is located right on the corner of Bristol and Sunflower, literally across the street from South Coast Plaza in a center full of diverse eats like Cuban and Peruvian... So you can either shop/eat and take a tea break before you drop :) The teas are all pretty decent, and you can customize the ice and sweetness levels to your liking. However, for a serious boba fanatic like me, the boba was not up to par and I will not be adding it to my drink in the future. It was not chewy and became hard almost instantly. Don't come here unless you want to pay for a full cup of overly sweetened creamer. Didn't even finish my drink because it's undrinkable. I got reduced sugar and it was still WAY TOO SWEET. Also they put so much creamer you can practically bake a cake with it. You don't taste any tea whatsoever. When I saw there were no customers, I knew it was a sign. Don't come here. It's no different from going to Tapioca Express. read more

Boba, milk teas, fruit teas and lychee jelly have been my thing for awhile now since early last year ever since the bf made it a point to have some sort of tea once every other week. He's super picky with his milk teas and Sharetea just does it right for him. I, on the other hand, really enjoy their selections, variety of toppings and the option to adjust sweetness from 0-100% in increments of 25%. I usually gravitate toward their fruit tea selections from POG (passion fruit, orange, grapefruit) to grapefruit green tea or milk teas. The POG has definite tropical vibes and can be very sweet, so I usually adjust to 50%. I did the same amount of sweetness for the Grapefruit green tea, but the green tea's bitterness was still a bit strong. I do like that they had some sort of citrus zest, so it tasted super fresh and it paired nicely with lychee jelly. The boyfriend has been obsessed with a new addition on the menu, the strawberry ice blended slush (made with real fruits) with a scoop of ice cream and lychee jelly. You get a nice scoop of vanilla, but it's a little difficult to get it all mixed in unless you're patient. The second time he got it, he added boba, so you have options to add more toppings to your liking if you like. For my next visit (I will come back for sure!), I've been curious about their Creama drinks. They sound so intriguing and I was seriously tempted to get it tonight in addition to the grapefruit tea I was having. However, I'll save it for the next trip. Also, if you have an expired stamp card, they can transfer half of the stamps to the new card. So keep them around if you plan to come back :) Enjoy! read more
Fresh milk and handmade taro w boba: Delicious but the texture is gritty because of the taro and ice so it turns into a weird slush. The boba is absolutely bomb though, perfectly sweet, squishy, and big! I love it! The drink could be better but the boba is so good that I'm willing to overlook that. Also it isnt that sweet at regular sweetness which is good. Kiwi fruit tea w aiyu jelly and boba 30% sweet no ice: This was alright. Despite being only 30% sweet, it was much sweeter than the fresh milk family & fresh milk handmade taro at regular sweetness. The kiwi makes it more tart which I didn't like actually. The peach flavor is very subtle. The boba is super good though and works better w milky drinks... wait it says kiwi fruit tea but I ordered peach kiwi tea umm.... this would've gotten 4 stars but -1 for that :/// Fresh milk family: This was really good actually! The drink tastes like brown sugar milk tea and regular sweetness isn't that sweet. The boba is very tasty and everything else meshes well together. I don't recall the grass jelly or pudding taste too well as I only tried two small sips or so. read more

I love my tea drinks. Sometimes not milk tea but I was seriously craving a fruit tea type of drink. I got the honey lemon tea with aloe vera and it was pretty good! I wouldn't consider it a tea though as it tasted like a juice really. The aloe vera was sweet but not too bland. It was perfect. Parking was easy to find. The person who took my order was just fine. A full day of wedding errands led us to Sharetea. We were PARCHED and needed a pick me up before my very kind and patient bridesmaids went with me to the next pit stop. THE MOOD: Sharetea is right across the street from South Coast Plaza. There is plenty of parking in the plaza. There was a line when we walked in and it was an off hour. The countertops and work area were open so that my curious eyes could watch my drink being made. THE FOOD: OK, so I didn't get any food, but I did get a drink. I got the Jasmine Green Tea with aloe. Don't drinks always taste better with aloe? Who's with me? You also have the option to choose the level of sweetness. I didn't add any extra sweetener to my drink. There was not much flavor packed into the tea - you could hardly tell it was jasmine green tea. Nonetheless, it was just what we needed at the moment. THE 'TUDE: The girl ringing us up was nice. There are actually less flavors in this location than the one in the Cerritos location, so I found out. My friend who was used to the menu items being offered in Cerritos was a little bummed that this place didn't carry the same items. Nevertheless, we were given good alternative suggestions and were taken care of with patience and kindness. OVERALL: I still prefer my 7 Leaves over Sharetea, but if you're in the area and looking for something refreshing, this is a good place to visit. read more

Sharetea has always been one of my go-to boba places. I almost always get the classic pearl green milk tea (so basic, I know lmao). I have yet to be disappointed by this drink. I usually get it with 80% sweetness and less ice because their drinks are pretty sweet as is. Also their boba is super chewy! They have stamp cards so make sure to ask for one if you go pretty frequently. If you check in on yelp, you can get 10% off your order! It's located across from South Coast and is within the same plaza as TJ Maxx and Ross so there's plenty of parking available. read more
