It's a very small store and when I entered in there was a sign emphasizing for all guests to wait outside after placing the order. Since it is located in shopping center, it seems parking is easy, but given that I was walking from the nearby park to here, I noticed there was short 10-30 minute reserved parking spots for those planning to park in the front and wait it out. It's not like the all-rounder Strawberry Banana Smoothie you might find at Costco, but this Tastea Strawberry Sensation Smoothie, while a tad more pricier, hits all the right marks for a relaxing treat after a long walk. We arrived with a large group and had a few special requests with some of the drinks, and the staff came through. They even split a strawberry drink into 2 cups for our younger ones. It was a few lights away from the freeway, and it's located in a shopping center, which means...parking was available! There are a few 10 minute parking spots right in front of the business, so if you're looking to stay for just a short bit, that's a convenient spot for you! There's a pick up window too, which means right after you place your order, you can just go outside, sit at one of the tables outside and wait for your drink. I ordered the Lychee Peachee and it was DELICIOUS. I got less ice and less sweet and sure enough, it was still sweet. Love when that happens! Service was fast, the ambiance was super cute inside with holiday decor, and I can't wait to go back to try their many food items. It took me a lot to hold back. Service: There was no wait during the time I went, was promptly welcomed by the employees & had my order taken by one of the managers (John) I'm assuming. I ordered a classic milk tea with boba as well as a custom made winter melon milk tea smoothie with boba. He also offered me a small sample of my drink in case it needed adjustments. Ambience: Great, clean shop, no complaints. Ordering tablet located at the door but I ordered at the counter. There is a window to pickup drinks outside. Located in a plaza near the 405, right across the street from Sam's Club. Drink: The winter melon smoothie itself was refreshing especially on this hot day, just the way it was ordered. I visit this Tastea location often since it's close to work. It's in a small plaza with easy parking, and there are a few tables outside for seating, which is convenient. We went here twice. The first time we got the regular size with boba on the side. The second time we got the 32 OZ with boba on the side. However the boba to drink ratio was dismal. We thought that since we bought a larger drink, we would get more boba than we did with the regular size, but when we asked the worker, she was not very understanding and said that they give the same amount of boba no matter the size of the drink. Today, I got the passion attraction & my boyfriend got the lychee peachtea since he wanted to try something new that has lychee in it. The passion attraction is very refreshing, delicious, and great aromatic of the peach tea. The coconut jelly was soft & chewy. I would give this drink a 5/5 since this is honestly my favorite fruit tea including the strawberry ecstasy as well. My boyfriend loves his drink & would rate it a 5/5 as well since this was his first time trying a different drink & his favorite would be the lychee freeze.
