They basically feed off of the business from Brug and the fact in Kahala there is no other Boba Tea.. Teapresso on Waialae is worth the drive and better quality and faster. It's been 30 min and I'm still waiting on my phone order here... Hint, maybe hire some more freaking people and have more than two working on a busy azz Thursday night. read more

A good, convenient boba tea place if you're in or near Kahala. Good service, a fair variety of drinks to pick from, and plenty of ways to customize. My personal favourite is the Hokkaido milk tea. This place is not my absolute favourite but an excellent standby. Only thing is that the prices are a bit on the higher side, but that does indeed match the quality. read more

When this place opened up, my daughter immediately let me know that we should try it out. All I can say is, they did not disappoint, we have tried many other boba teas and they always tasted weird. I have been to share tea a number of times and I am not the biggest fan. They take about 10-15 minutes to make your drink and there is always a long line. The cashiers take a long time to get your order down and for the number of customers that are always in there, the space for this business is way too small and there is very little seating. The cups break pretty easily. My drink fell out of my carrier right outside of the store and it completely exploded. I told the worker what had happened and they told me that they could remake my drink and I was very grateful, then right after they had told me this, the worker had told me since I had dropped it outside of the store, it wasn't their problem and there was nothing they could do about it. Their lack of customer service was alarming, from a business that is fairly new. The drink itself is not bad. I personally think 100% sweetness is way too sweet, so I always get either 50% or 80%. This is still a new business here at Kahala Mall. It has been open for about two months now, but I hope they improve time wisely. They have about 5-6 people working behind the counter and drinks should not be made at the speed that it is. It should be made within the five minutes you order it. I would give share tea a two out of five but because of my experience, I gave them a one. sorry not sorry. read more

3rd time here and all 3 times have been great. I've had honey milk tea, milk tea, and the strawberry with lychee jelly (no ice cream). Boba is a good consistency and the tea has a great flavor, no after taste or bitterness. Pretty limited/small menu but as long there is the standard milk tea, I'm happy. They recently started with Fivestar (I think it's a frequent shopper thing?), they also have the same thing at Brug next door. You just enter your phone number and it tracks your purchases. It's in the same place with McD's, Kozo, Brug, etc, so parking can be tight. Went there at 12:30p and lot was full so had to drive around to wait for a stall. They have a promotion that ends today of buy one, get one free drink. Yesterday I tried to use it and was informed that the two drinks had to be the same thing, but the app didn't say that. I went back to work to discuss with a co-worker so we would order the same drink. I go back today and there's a new rule that I'm told the manager stated this morning. Now they're saying that it can't be a blended drink. Really? For one thing, these rules need to be stated out front. Then, you can't add on extra rules as you go along. I haven't visited Kahala Mall in a while since I moved away from the area, and was excited when they opened a new milk tea shop there. I visited twice, once on a Saturday near dinner time and the second on Sunday the next day afternoon. They are located where the old bowling alley used to be in back of Mcdonalds. They only serve 1 size drinks (20oz). My review is mainly based on the customer service. Saturday's experience was great. I ordered the QQ Happy Family Milk tea that has 7 different types of toppings inside, and the variety surprisingly tasted good altogether. I requested to use my 20oz mason jar without any problems (trying to reduce single-use plastics on this island yall). Customer service was great and friendly, and the employees got my drink out in a decent time. I was beginning to think this would be one of my go-to places. 5 Star experience. Sunday's experience was less than stellar. When asking to use the same mason jar for my order, I was told by a different employee that I couldn't because my mason jar could be dirty and they won't allow it if I get sick from drinking their tea. So I told the employee if it's possible to wash it clean, and they said it is a violation of the health department code, but they will use my mason jar today but wont take it the next time. The same employee that was taking my order on Saturday was there, and was trying her best to give us better service, which I really appreciate. And right after, I looked up the Department of Health Code for consumer-brought containers to food and beverage establishments, and there is a clear section that explains how it is perfectly legal for businesses to fill drinks in consumer-brought cups with no violation to the code. And this is all happening as their trashcan is literally overflowing on the floor with drink cups, plastic straws, and straw wrappers (isn't this an actual sanitary issue?). I'm rating 2 stars because my first impression was great and the employee I saw on both days was excellent at giving customer service. Nothing more than 2 stars because some of their employees need to be checked. The passive aggressive tone and condescending smirk on the Sunday employee's face made me think for a split second it was okay to yell at a teenage boy in public. Unfortunately, I weight bad experiences heavier. If both large businesses like Starbucks and small local business on the island can let me use my clean mason jar, then I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Located next to Kahala Mall in the same plaza as McDonalds, a ramen spot, Jersey Mike's, and other spots. Has plenty parking spots. Inside is pretty small, only has one cashier. There's indoor and outdoor seating. Pretty pricey compared to other boba spots. Expect to pay around $6+ for one drink. Love this boba spot! Just wish prices were a little less. read more

I love Sharetea!!! I always either go by myself or with my friends!!! I also work in the mall and we always have boba parties and we always get Sharetea because their boba drinks are so good!!!! I recommend the Fresh Black milk tea with boba, winter melon with fresh milk with boba, Taro milk tea with boba and Milk Tea ice blended with pearl!! I usually get with 100% sweetness with my drinks but lower is still pretty good!!! One of my other favorite boba places. Price is reasonable and they are the very few that will make ice blended milk tea. Other places that make ice blended milk tea, it's watery or very chunky with ice. This place is nothing like that. It was a hot day and couple hours later, it still wasn't watery and still had a good flavor. Can actually taste the tea still. Also, although says comes with boba, can substitute for any other topping for an extra charge. Staff is very friendly too. An ala moana location will be opening soon too so hopefully that one will be like the original in kahala. read more

This boba shop is a solid "B" in terms of quality (boba, teas, etc). However their service is surprisingly good as they make the drinks FAST (average is usually 1-2min per drink) and the staff are courteous. The drinks are affordable and comes in a wide selection from your standard milk teas to more fruity and different flavors (Oreo, mango, coffee, etc). Matcha is very popular so it might be out of stock, so CALL in to check. I highly recommend getting their blended's as I think it's what they're best at. I've been there two days in a row and seen the same spills and marks on the floor. Would think they'd at least mop at end of day??? This is probably one of the newest milk tea places on the island. I initially found out about this place through one of my friends who found out about this place first. It is located near Kahala shopping center near where the McDonald's is at, as well as L&L Hawaiian BBQ. The shop/cafe itself is not that big and it is just a small stand area. They have some unique flavors for their boba/milk tea drinks. My fiancee and I came here for the first time on a random Monday to try it out. They only have one size for their drinks but their prices are pretty decent. We got the regular milk tea and mango iced tea, both with boba and it was not that bad. It is a bit on the sweeter side even with getting the drinks at 50 percent sweetness. For me, I do not like my drinks too sweet, so that is why I usually go 25 or 50 percent sweetness. The staff and customer service is pretty good. I believe they are one of those worldwide boba/milk tea chains. The next time I come I gotta to try one of their specialty drinks such as their matcha red bead milk tea. Like typical milk tea/boba places, they also have a stamp card system if you frequently visit to get an incentive after so many visits. Overall, it is nice to see a boba/milk tea place around the Kahala side of the island. read more

I usually don't write reviews but I will make an exception this time. The only reason that I have gone here recently was because someone gave me a gift voucher. I have gone here 4 times in the past 2 weeks and I had 3 different female cashiers. One of them was monotone and very rude, another had a bad attitude, and the last one was a little better, but also unfriendly. The tea here is alright, but the customer service is horrible. No one greets you when you walk in, the cashiers definitely did not learn customer service skills, and are not transparent when you are ordering. I also do not see workers wash their hands or wear gloves, which is a concern to the health of everyone. There are more details that I could share, but to keep it short, Sharetea has to get it together and hire better employees. I left irritated every time and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
