Not my cup of tea... My first visit I tried their matcha though I understand it's a coffee place and gosh how disappointed I was as I just hated it in fact threw it away after a few sips, I'm sure many may enjoy it but it wasn't for me and waited to do my review until I had a cup of their coffee. Here I am and still decided to try something different you know expand my horizon outside of my matcha and got their Apple Sparkling Cold Brew and order using their kiosk as the single staff greeted me as soon as I entered but seem to stay away from the counter while she did her cleaning/stocking duties. What I did like about using the kiosk there were prompt to the level of sweetness and ice so I wouldn't forget to suggest my preference and it gave me a moment to decide as well. As for the drink it was strange but did love their cold brew and the sparkles from the apples but would I order it again...nope! I do love the vibe here it's very nice and clean with lots of cozy tables meant to relax and enjoy your sip though I decided to complete my review here and sat the counter top is a nice corner seating with a single outlet at the end for charging is cool which is unfortunate that it seems like it's the only outlet. Love this new addition in Kaka'ako giving you various options to relax regardless anytime of the day. Thank you!

Very smooth and flavorful coffee. I went to the grand opening of Cotti Coffee in Kaka'ako on March 27, 2026. It's located on 1st floor of Koula Condo in Ward Village, next door to the Nori Bar. Nice decor and a bit chaotic during the grand opening. Certain things were not available yet, such as the Cotti Coffee App. When I first approached the counter, I asked what would they recommend and I was pleasantly impressed by the questions she asked me first to find out my preferences. I was slightly cold due to the windy weather that morning, so I opted for a hot coffee. Toffee hazelnut, 25% sweet with whole milk. It was perfect. Not too sweet, not too hot, and just right! Smooth coffee. I liked it very much. Reasonably priced at $6.80, includes tax. I picked up a free sticker set and a plushie during the grand opening. I was too late for the BOGO. Overall, 5/5 star rating here. I will be back to try more of Cotti Coffee. Welcome to Hawai'i! Inquiring minds want to know: Cotti Coffee sources its 100% Arabica coffee beans from renowned global coffee-producing regions, including Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, and China (specifically Yunnan). The brand, founded in China in 2022, also recently finalized a partnership to source coffee beans from Uganda.

Refreshing beverage in Honolulu, Hawaii... I saw on Instagram that Cotti Coffee opened a second location at Ward Village and wanted to try it. I've been to the first location at Pearl Highlands in the Food Court... it was okay. I even installed the app, but it sadly doesn't work at this Kaka'ako shop. I parked for free in the Whole Foods parking structure and walked over. Service was efficient and helpful. I stated that I preferred a non-dairy beverage and aimed for a fruit tea. I saw a photo of the Mango Pomelo Delight and ordered it. It was good - with little bits of fresh pomelo! I was the only customer in the afternoon. It was calm, clean, and modern. I sat for a while on one of the stools, near an outlet. If I had my cable, I'd plug my phone in... LOL!

Checked out Cotti for their grand opening and tried a handful of drinks. Honestly, a nice surprise that prices weren't outrageous--most drinks were around $5-$7 depending on what you get. My least favorites were the matcha (a bit too powdery for my taste) and the lemon-flavored coffee, which just didn't hit right for me. On the plus side, I really enjoyed the grapefruit americano and the stardust oolong milk tea--both I'd definitely recommend. Overall, it's a great location with lots of options to choose from, but nothing really wowed me.

Cloud Mousse Opera Latte

Their mousse matcha latte and mousse Opera latte taste so good with 50% sugar level. I like that you can customize the sugar level, the 50% sugar level was enough sweetness for me. One size drink makes it so much easier and faster to order and get your drinks. The price is half of Starbucks coffee, we ordered our drinks hot, and it was the perfect temperature where the top layer mousse was cold and the bottom was warm, and the mixture of the layers makes perfect to drink. It was so satisfying. I am pleasantly surprise at how tasty the drinks are. The workers are nice. I will be back to try more of this delicious drinks

Another addition to Ward Village. As a resident in the neighborhood, definitely a welcomed addition. Nice spot to hang out, remote work, etc. Fairly good selection of drinks. Not cheap but it's Hawaii and Ward Village. Comparable pricing to Happy Lemon next door.

Cold brew sparkling with white grapefruit

New coffeeshop in Ward which is exciting! Appreciate their 7am-7pmish hours. They're very new so still no online ordering yet, but the staff were so nice and the space is very relaxing. Got a variety of the Sparkling and flat cold brew drinks with orange, lemon honey, and grapefruit. Loved mine but they might have accidentally mixed up our sweetness levels cuz mine definitely didn't taste unsweetened, but it was still delicious. Everything is about $6.50 which is a very reasonable surprise for this area. Excited to try their boba, tea drinks and lattes next time!

Very cute idea

I recently tried Cotti coffee. I thought it was ok, but it could have been a drink selection problem although my sister didn't love hers either. I got the pandan coconut latte, i love coconut but it made it difficult to taste the subtleness of the pandan. As I kept drinking, it mostly tasted like coconut milk so I didn't finish it. My sister got the caramel oat milk latte. We got a small table outside which was nice, I found the inside a little dark and didn't love that there isn't a bathroom in the shop and you have to walk around the corner. That being said the barista was sweet and got the drink ready quickly. I will go back to try some more of the drinks and update my review.

This is a really cool shop. Located at Ward Villages next to Dean & Deluca this is their grand opening weekend 03/27/26 to 03/29/26. Free coffee, BOGO and free merch with a $20 purchase are all available this weekend. Drinks are a little under $7 and they have a lot to choose from. The workers are really efficient as they had quite a line to get through. I was 48th in line so I got a free drink but it took them 1 hr to get through the 47 people ahead of me so keep that in mind, it's gonna be a very busy weekend for them. I had a Cloud Mousse Blue Coco Latte but it wasn't really to my liking. Creamier than I was expecting. I think next time I'll get something closer to just coffee. Will definitely return soon!

I missed the free cup of coffee but was able to make the cut for the buy 1 get 1 free. Staff was friendly. Drink was smooth. There are table and chairs and free wi fi. Big selection of drinks - 60. Near to Happy Lemon. I did not spend 20 dollars for the free gift.

I ordered a blue coco latte but I got a green drink and when I asked the staff about it they said yeah they used the wrong powder but it should be ok? Taste nasty

Pandan coco latte

I stopped by here yesterday afternoon for my daily coffee. While traveling we try to hit up a new local coffee shop every day and on this afternoon it happened to be Cotti Coffee. Even though I had found the store on Yelp and put it into Google Maps, it was still hard to find. To make matters more confusing, it was on a dead end street due to construction. Whenever I arrived there was a group of six ordering and I am pretty sure an employee was being trained as well. There was a decent amount of seating in the shop along with a large board showing a wide variety of drinks. After looking over the menu for a bit I decided to go with a pandan coco latte. It took about 10 minutes from ordering until I had my drink and was on my way. Once I got to my car I gave it a try. It was definitely an interesting coffee. The pandan had a slightly bitter and somewhat citrusy flavor which the milk tried to smooth out. The coconut was subtle but still noticeable. The coffee itself played more of a background role behind those flavors. Even so, I still enjoyed it and finished it pretty quickly. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I enjoyed my drink overall and would be interested in trying more of their flavors.

Marissa K.

Tried the Mango Coco Latte at Cotti Coffee. It was okay--pretty sweet with a noticeable mango and coconut flavor, but nothing that really stood out. Good if you're in the mood for something different, but I probably wouldn't order it again.

Not the best here. Matcha was too powdery. 2/10, however customer service was great. I just wouldn't come back for the coffee or drinks.

Good things come to those who wait. I only wish there were more people here specifically waiting…read morefor the coffee because it was absolutely delicious! Sadly, it seemed more folks were there for the pastries though. First off, I'm surprised I found such a fabulous cup of coffee in what feels like the epicenter of tourist life on this island. While visiting another island nearly establishment had signage stating they served Kona and/or Hawaiian coffee, but nearly every establishment's coffee was absolutely awful. Seeing the location I fully expected them to phone in the coffee, but it's clear that coffee comes first here, even if many of the guests are trying to get pastries! You'll be shocked by the line, but just know the staff is efficient and it moves fast. They offer a variety of their own locally roasted beans here, with options for batch brew, espresso drinks and even pour overs (impressive considering the volume of customers). The coffees are well described and the baristas have the additional knowledge you may be seeking when you order, and all in all this went as quickly as I could have expected. Truly, the coffee was delightful, and the fact I was drinking a hot drink on an extremely hot day didn't even phase me. I wanted so badly to bring home a bag of each one, but given that everything is more expensive in Hawaii, these were all 4x the price of the specialty coffee I buy on the mainland and I just couldn't make it happen. What will happen is me telling everyone to visit this shop when they're in Hawaii because it is 100% worth it. Won't you consider opening one in Reno NV?
