My favorite drink is the Strawberry Jasmine Iced Tea at 25% sweet--in terms of sugar level, I'd honestly be fine with it at 0%, but the tea becomes a little bland to me at that level. I love that the strawberry flavoring they use in this drink tastes fresh, but some of the flavoring in their other drinks do taste a bit powdery or syrupy to me. Go-to place for Boba, Taste Tea is washed, and Teapresso just can't compete with their flavors. Hana Tea is too far/town location is small parking. But man, I recommend the "Fruit" drinks like Honeydew/Strawberry. Honeydew is addictive like Melona and Strawberry brings me back to my childhood of drinking Strawberry milk. I've never encountered a single flavor I didn't like so try all of it! Rec toppings are Brown Sugar Boba or Grass Jelly. Mr Tea Cafe is located in a building right across the Neil Blaisdell Center and is right on the corner of Waimanu St. and Ward Ave. Parking is accessible from Waimau St. and Kapiolani Blvd though keep in mind that you're not allowed to make a left turn into the driveway on Kapiolani Blvd. Here's the best part...parking is FREE no ticket no signing in just park and there is a marked door you can access from the parking is super convenient as well. Sadly though this is the only surviving Mr Tea as the Ala Moana Shopping Center location has closed but here parking is so much easier and there's ample seating both indoors and outdoors. One of the reasons I do love it here as they have SO much toppings and my bestie love their custard in her Chai tea AND they can sub it with Oatmilk as well and I got the Black Tea with green apple jelly and it's in a shape of a bear...how super cute is that lol!!! This day that I came celebrated their 8th Anniversary and on this day only Sunday July 17th they were offering a free classic milk tea or iced tea. In this difficult time for many businesses and the sole surviving location how wonderful for them to still offer such generous gift of free tea no need to show any info for the promotion or follow them on Instagram @mrteacafe which is how I knew about it btw is just so amazing.
