Stopped in for a quick refresher. I have never thought to grab a drink from the Ebar it's a little hidden inside Nordstrom. This place was busy! The service was quick though and the staff were very friendly they gave wonderful recommendations. It's a smaller coffee shop that has both drinks, to go foods, and hot foods made to order. They have nice indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy your drinks. It's a nice spot to take a break from shopping and relax. I order the strawberry cloud matcha and the presentation was beautiful and my drink was really tasty. I enjoyed that it wasn't too sweet. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu! read more

Refreshing beverage in Ala Moana Center, Honolulu, Hawaii... After lunch, I searched my Yelp app for "tea" and scrolled down until I found Ebar. Located on the second level of Nordstrom, Ebar has been around for over nine years (according to First To Review). Wow. It's a cozy, busy place! The two cashiers were efficient and pleasant! There were a few small tables inside and a bunch outside... but it's too warm for me on an August afternoon to go outside, and inside was packed... so, I took my Avocado Toast and Coconut Lime Cooler to my car. Haha! Service was friendly and efficient! After I ordered the Avocado Toast, she asked if I wanted a drink. I should have taken her hint. I went back in line for the Coconut Lime Cooler. LOL! The avocado toast was great! I could taste a touch of garlic and a bit tartness from balsamic vinegar? The Coconut Lime Cooler was interesting. It was like a soda without sugar. It was carbonated water with coconut cream on the top and some lime syrup? It wasn't sweet like a soda pop... which is a good thing! Originally, I wanted to get the Açai Sorbetto bowl, but I caught the fragrance of toast... and got the Avocado Toast. So - I should return for the Sorbetto bowl... and a plain croissant... because the customer in front of me ordered the croissant... and it sounded and smelled good! read more

I was craving affogato after lunch at Ruscello and going out at the Ebar. This is one of the best ones I've had in a while. The gelato/ice cream was smooth and creamy, while the espresso had the right strength and slight bitterness to balance the sweetness. Service was great; quick and friendly, in a clean and bright environment. They offer a wide variety of other coffee drinks, smoothies, sandwiches, and other tasty treats. This is a great spot to fill the craving. read more

Just found out about some changes are made that (IMO) makes no sense. 1. Why does the E-Bar offer acai bowls, but not the gelato bar? 2. Because the gelato bar doesn't offer acai bowls, then there are no fruit toppings. 3. Because acai bowls arent offered at the gelato bar, my friends and I can't buy our usual: two acai and one honey yogurt scoop. If Ebar clients are ordering acai bowls, why not just send employees to deliver it upstairs like how the second floor bar gets food delivered from ruscello? 4, I've seen employees sitting on tables inside the Ebar, I can tell they're employees because they have a Nordstrom nametag. I understand if you just finished your shift, but you should remove your nametag because it doesn't look good. Also, if you're on lunch break during peak times, shouldn't the tables be for customers? I saw a family looking for a place to sit, but the indoor four-seater table was taken by one employee on their phone. I still like Ebar, but it's slowly losing that high standard that Nordstrom used to have only a couple years ago. read more

Waited in line for 10 minutes only for the baristas to inform everyone in my line that we were not in the right line so we had to file into another line filled with people who had just entered and got served immediately. Poor customer service for not putting the people who had been waiting ahead of all of the newcomers. It wasn't our fault the baristas hadn't informed the customers clearly where the lines started. read more

I was looking for an afternoon pick me up while shopping at Ala Moana so stopped by the Ebar and got a lavender chai with almond milk. The line was long but moved quickly. The drink tasted like a classic chai with a hint of lavender. I enjoyed it and would get it again when I'm at the mall. read more

I'm not a huge coffee drinker, not until I discovered EBar's cold brew. This is my favorite drink to date! It doesn't have the bitter after taste and who can't resist the homemade cream. My dog loves his pupuccino too! Not only is their coffee delicious, the entire staff is wonderful. They are very friendly, patient, and have great customer service. Nordstrom' eBar is located on the 2nd floor of Nordstrom. This is the perfect place to grab a quick snack, lunch, or pick me up! There is indoor & outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has these HUGE umbrellas to shade you from the sun or rain. Indoor, of course, has air conditioning. The menu has a variety of blended drinks, iced teas, lemonade, and of course coffee. But more importantly, COLD-BREW COFFEE! And not just cold-brew coffee; it's KONA COLD-BREW COFFEE! This place literally has the best Kona Cold-Brew Coffee hands down. (I am willing to take suggestions from anyone else on where to go to dispute this statement.). It is just fantastic! There are fruit, snacks, salads, and sandwiches, as well. Customer service at the eBar has always been top notch! I have never had a bad experience with anyone here. The counter staff are always helpful and quick to give suggestions if you are undecided. This used to be my go-to place for cold brew and a scone. Unfortunately they got rid of their scones and the cold brew has the bitterness of yesterdays left over hot coffee. And what made it worse today is that I got the blueberry square. They offered to warm it up but I don't mind room temperature pastry. I declined. What I got without warning was a frozen blueberry square. I felt like I was eating a popsicle with my cold brew. I was in a hurry to get to work so I just threw it away. But be warned--take them up on the offer to warm up their food. You might end up with a popsicle. Not going back here again. Yuck! read more

MOVED. There is now only one ebar and its located on the second floor. There's a ton of seats and tables to sit at outside but the actual ebar is pretty small space with a few tables inside. There's a small grab and go area, some baked goods and grab and go snacks like packaged chips and cookies. But they still have all your same favorites! read more

I've only been here once, but I'm already a fan of the Ebar. When I walked in, there were about three people before me. The staff move quickly and the line goes down really fast. The woman taking my order was very quick with her words and it almost seemed rushed. I assumed she wanted to go on her break or something. I temporarily had little faith the product would be as good as the service until she smiled and said and genuine "thanks." My smoothie was served in about a minute...and it was the best smoothie (it should really be categorized as a shake) I've ever had. I ordered their chocolate hazelnut banana smoothie. It's pretty much a nutella banana shake but not as heavy. I died. It was thick enough to keep me full for hours and big enough to make up for the price. The woman at the register also spelled my name right. I left happy. I'll be coming back next time I shop at Nordstrom. read more

Okay, so I'm a Starbucks girl. Granted I'm a tea drinker and mainly like Starbucks because of how quickly you can accumulate reward points, and I love that they use the reward for your most expensive item. Anyway, back to business! Ebar is close to where I work and decided to go one day because my co-worker recommended it. My co-worker said she absolutely loved the blood orange spritzer, I tried it and...I LOVED IT! It is the most refreshing, not too sweet, perfect fizzy drink ever! I'm hooked on it. I did try the lemonade another time and although it love how citrusy it is, it's a little too sweet for me. I did dilute it with water and it was still too sweet. Next time I think I'll just ask for less syrup. My co-worker also told me that the cookies are to die for. She's brought them into work several times and they are huge!!! I thought to myself, "I don't think I could eat that whole thing...and I really shouldn't be eating a cookie that big". Well one day I decided to try the cookie. I got the chocolate chip cookie and it was perfect. Lightly crispy inside and soft and chewy on the inside. I ate half and told my co-worker, "I can see how you eat the whole cookie now"! This cookie was delicious! Definitely will be a regular here anytime I'm in the area. Next to try is the salads, I hear they are good. Will try one once I can wrap my head around paying $7 for a grab and go salad. But I'm sure it'll be great based on how good everything else has been! read more

I don't come here very often but it has been so hot lately that we need something refreshing to sip on as we walk around Ala Moana. My husband really likes their iced kona coffee and I've been ordering their sparkling pomegranate lemonade. My two year old daughter loves it and usually drinks more than half of it. The people that work here are friendly and nice. The service is quick and it's a very convenient place to grab a quick drink! read more
