Maybe closer to a 3.5 rounded up. Decent boba in the food court above H Mart. Solid post dinner drink or dessert. Unfortunately they do not support sugar adjustments so drinks are on the sweeter side. House Milk Tea w/ Boba - Boba was very slightly undercooked resulting in a chew on the firmer side. Decent marination however, so there was flavor. A classic house milk tea blending the aroma of black tea with sweetness and creaminess.
Goldmiss caught my eye at a food hall when my friends and I were looking for lunch after shopping at H-Mart. Wanted to have dessert after lunch and thought mochi donuts would hit the spot! Service was quick and there was a donut deal going on! I shared with my friends and I ended up trying the chocolate and black sesame mochi donuts! Had a great texture and wasn't too sweet. Highly recommend if you're looking for a sweet treat while walking around Kaka'ako!
Don't sleep on this sweet little gem inside H Mart! There are plenty of food spots to explore on the 2nd floor of H Mart, but only one Goldmiss -- and trust me, that's all you need if you're craving something sweet, cold, and vibe-y. I was on the hunt for something matcha to go with my lunch (because, obviously), and I'll admit -- I was a little skeptical. But I'm SO glad I gave in because their iced matcha hit all the right notes. Smooth, not too sweet, just the right amount of earthy -- basically matcha perfection in a cup. And if you've got a sweet tooth, you're 100% in the right place. Their mochi donuts? Chewy, fluffy, and straight-up addictive. You've been warned. Perfect spot to treat yourself mid-shopping or to top off a food court feast. The vibe is cute, the menu is fun, and the drinks are as refreshing as they are Insta-worthy. The service was pretty quick, don't think I had to wait more than 5 minutes or by the time i was scrolling through Tiktok, my order was ready.
We came to Goldmiss because I saw someone make a post about it. They were raving about how great it was and how smooth the ice was. Goldmiss is located in the HMart Keeaumoku food court. They are pretty much right out of the elevator when you come up through HMart. They have a lot of things to offer like donuts, coffee, bubble teas, and snoothies, and toast sandwiches. It was our first time there and we were just going to get the thing we saw on someone's post. It was a strawberry ice shave with mochi pieces topped with strawberry drizzle and chocolate syrup. It also had a strawberry ice cream on top. The customer service here isn't so great. They didn't really say anything when we ordered or even after we ordered. Maybe people already know what to order when they come here but we were looking at the menu for quite some time before we found it. The ice shave was okay to me. I think it would have been okay with just the strawberry and the mochi. I think it was too much with the chocolate drizzle. It took away from the strawberry taste. I think I also prefer the ice shave from other places where it's smoother and creamier. My daughter, on the other hand, enjoyed the dessert. She liked the mochi and chocolate. The prices at Goldmiss weren't that cheap either. There were two prices for the strawberry dessert, you can have it in a cup or a bowl. I wanted to get the bowl since my daughter is messy but it was a lot more than the cup. So we got the cup. It was around $8 for the cup. Not sure I would go back for the ice shave. Maybe I would try something else there.
Teas were great Close to the bathroom Plenty of parking and other foods to choose from The worker could have smiled more The picture opportunities were adorable with the props outside in the line.
The right amount of soft and sweet not sure if the lady behind the counter was the owner or just one of the workers but she was so nice .def gonna come by next time and try out there drinks.
Classic and delicious mochi donuts! Perfect sweet treat. We tried the black sesame flavor, and it was definitely freshly baked. Located In the HMART Food court.
I was surprised this place rebranded again. Same owners since my credit card receipt still had original name -Aloha Aina on it. The previous name was Teasket Toastket. Goldmiss is such a cute name with a cute sign,it caught my eye as I got off the elevator. They seemed to have the similar items as before but this Goldmiss have donuts and supposedly hot dog but no hot dog yet. They have been opened under the new name for a month now. I was waiting for my order at Dada Chicken and wanted to get a drink from here. I do love yuzu so that pretty blue yuzu drink picture called Blue Yuzu Ade caught my eye. It seemed to be a vanilla blue flavored carbonated soda with some yuzu marmalade pieces (type you can get in a jar) was on the bottom of my drink. I liked it although if I want to get to the yuzu on the bottom, I would needed a thicker straw. Instead I took the yuzu afterwards and added to my diet coke from McDonald's and it tasted yummy too! Lol Nice to see they offer a large selection of donuts placed on the trays. Most I've seen in flavors just may have been not as soft as others I've tried from other places. It's in the front but not so protected by a viewing case from where I was standing. All in all is was a cute place with more offerings. Hope they do well this time. Thanks for reading my review. :)
Ahhh the mystery is a fun thing when you're in the mood for a snack but not sure what. Goldmiss...what is it!! and what happened to Teasket Toastket all the familiarity is all still there but I now see Mochi Donuts O_o* ...wHaAaT!? It never really changed just the name of this establishment and to our benefit we now have donuts yeah!!! Though Goldmiss is a branded name which is known for its Mochi Donut and Hotdog it's no secret that their not doing the hotdog...boo! Check out their Instagram @goldmiss_official as everything is so vibrant and dripping with sprinkles unlike some of the items I see here and really wished they did the hotdogs instead of the toasts. Today I couldn't resist having their Strawberry Matcha Latte and they're able to sub out for Oatmilk, Almond or Soy as well which I love and had to pair it with the cut Strawberry donut garnished with a pocky stick. Everything tasted very nice not too sweet but just the right amount of everything. They don't accept cash it's card only but this sweet newbie added on some yumminess not found anywhere near here so Donut tell me you don't want to try this!! Thank you!!
Every time we visit HMart we absolutely have to go upstairs to the food court and get our Mango Madness on from Goldmiss! Everything about it is amazing! Mango Shave Ice, Mango Chunks, Mango Mochi!!! Wow! It is the perfect dessert for sharing or making everyone jealous whilst you eat it alone! Hahaha!
My coworker picked up some mochi donuts. Not just one flavor, but 6 different ones. had strawberry, chocolate, regular, taro, pineapple, and Oreo. These donuts were moist and the glaze was delicious. One of my favorites was the pineapple. Yum. The way they decorated these donuts is creative and cute. A Strawberry pocky stick, pineapple gummy, and Oreo on their designated flavor made it more appealing. Can't wait to try the other flavors, like lychee and black sesame.
Lunch, drinks, and dessert in Kaka'ako, Honolulu, Hawaii... My friend, Lisa, and I were here about 3 months ago and I can't remember what we had! My photos are gone because I got a new phone... This teaches me to post faster and to write reviews quickly! Haha! Oh, well... Let's talk about parking... Kaka'ako is getting to be a foodie town. There is some free parking if you're willing to walk a bit. I'm usually lucky and find metered street parking within a block of H Mart. Other people use the parking structure - the entrance is on Pohukaina Street. Remember to get your parking ticket validated! Located in the Food Hall (2nd floor) at H Mart in Kaka'ako, Aloha Aina is straight ahead if you take the elevator. If you use the stairs, this vendor is immediately to your left. Last time, according to Lisa's review, we shared the Bacon Cheesy Bite Toast, Strawberry Shave Ice, and Dalgona Milk Tea with Honeycomb toffee! We liked everything and knew that we'd return! This time, I had the Orangeade drink - it's refreshing and fizzy without being too sweet! I liked the environmentally friendly paper straw! I also got the Bulgogi Lover toast. The Bulgogi was tasty and complimented the thick sweetbread toast well! Thank goodness - I asked for "no jalapenos" - I cannot handle spicy! Overall, this vendor has fun, yummy, and attractive products. I would return for another Snow Milk Shave Ice, a Sunsetade drink, and a Ham Cheese Volcano toast! Yum yum!
This review is about their Protein Acai Bowl. With a generous amount of acai, I was pleased with the texture as it wasn't watery nor melted. The sliced strawberries and bananas were fresh with zero bruising nor blemishes. Even the blueberries were plump and firm. Loved the portion size of creamy peanut butter and drizzled honey. I would have liked a little bit more granola topping for more crunch, but I am not complaining. Service was fast and friendly. Counter was clean and organized. Taste of this Protein Acai Bowl was great! I will be back to try other menu items. Thank you Goldmiss :) read more

These mochi donuts are an amazing deal. Buy 5 get 1 free for $15. Your choice of flavor! So much better than the $3.50/each option. Little dessert shop located in Kaka'ako area above H-Mart is a great option for picking up treats for the office or to enjoy on your own. Flavors are extensive from birthday cake, cinnamon, Oreo, strawberry with a pokistick, chocolate and the list goes on. The server is the baker and she's super friendly with lotsa information about the donut origins and offering flavors to match your mood! The shop is located in a type of food court so it's busy with lunchtime crowd. The shop ambiance is bright and menu with a ton of offerings to suit your mood! Definitely a must try! read more

I tried the iced brown sugar latte, and it was smooth, rich, and refreshing. The coffee had a nice balance of sweetness without being too sweet. Great drink for a quick pick me up, and I'd definitely order it again. Good customer service ask how I like my drink to be because I asked her what she recommended she was friendly and helpful. read more

Came here for the first time and ordered the classic brown sugar milk. Delicious and it came out pretty quick. They also sell sandwiches and other drinks, but we just wanted to checkout their milk tea since my wife loves her milk tea. Overall, it wasn't anything special and you practically could get something similar at any other store. This place is located on the 2nd floor of H-Mart Kakaako. There's a parking structure right next to it and you can validate your parking ticket. The staff are fast and friendly. The setup is like a food court so there are a bunch of tables and chairs. They keep the place clean and sanitary too. read more
The new normal, eating out during COVID19. Aloha Aina is located in Kakaako at the new H-Mart (upstairs). Once you walk up the stairs you will find Aloha Aina on your left. This is my new favorite spot for lunch. The toast is BOMB! You have to try it! So far, I tried the Avocado Go Green Toast ($7.50), Ham Cheese Volcano Toast ($7) and Bulgogi Toast ($7.50). All were so delicious and super filling. For beverages I've tried the Blueberry Lemonade (16oz - $5) and Sunset Lemonade (16oz - $5), both were also good and yummy, perfect for a hot summer day. I have not been disappointed coming here yet. Highly recommend :D A huge MAHALO to Aloha Aina for operating during this pandemic. read more
Food pics is what made me come here. Located on the 2nd floor of HMart. The Bulgogi Lover Toast looks good in photos so I had to come here and try it myself. Bulgogi was soft and tender, bottom on the bread was hard. It's filled only at the top. For almost $8 this is NOT worth it. My belly still feels hungry and that's pretty pricy for a small sandwich. read more

Hi Lora,…
While I was browsing through the food court inside H Mart, I was craving for an iced latte. I think this coffee place is still working through some kinks and things because there were lots of people behind the counter but it took sometime to order and I got a milk tea instead of an iced latte. But luckily the milk tea was good so I wasn't too upset. One of the popular item is Dalgona milk tea. Dalgona is a sweet candy that was popular in the 80s. It's made out of sugar and baking soda. You can make this candy at home. read more
I went to the grand opening week of H Mart and this place caught my eye with their dalgona milk tea. So I gave into my curiosity and ordered their 'Dalgona Milk Tea,' 'Go Green Avocado toast,' and 'Ham Cheese Volcano toast.' Dalgona Milk Tea: This drink looked exactly like their dalgona coffee so I asked the employee if my order was the milk tea. She replied, 'yes' twice, but surely enough it tasted like coffee. However this "coffee" tasted watered down. Barely the taste of coffee, I could hardly even taste the milk. The honeycomb toffee melted away pretty quickly but it doesn't seem to create much of an impact on the drink itself. This drink has no flavor and was not worth its price. Go Green Avocado: Also disappointed with this toast. The toast was thick but there were barely anything in it except egg and cheese. I was hoping that the avocado would spread throughout the toast, but it was just one small scoop on top of the toast. After one bite, it was gone so I basically ate just an egg and cheese sandwich for $7.50. Ham Cheese Volcano: This toast has two slices of ham, egg and cheese. It basically what it's named but it wasn't anything special. Their volcano sauce tasted like ketchup and mayo. Overall, a disappointing experience. Unless they change their menu and recipes, I won't be coming back. read more
Yay! Im a fan. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu and get to the "Whoohoo" stage. Bulgogi Lover Toast - DELICIOUS! Didnt eat the jalapenos because Im a whimp. but, even without it ... Ono! A definite "must try" Bacon and Cheese Toast - DECLICIOUS! The secret sauce (nah, dunno if its really a secret) added to what would have been a bacon and cheese sandwich. In both cases, the bread really added to the taste. Thick, and toasted .. just right. Tried the Matcha Latte which I thought was well, ... average. I cant wait to go back and try other items. read more
Checked out H Mart on a Saturday around 2:30 pm. Not very crowded then. Tons of Asian snacks and groceries. But this review is for Aloha A'ina upstairs in the H Mart food court. FYI- you can't bring your shopping cart upstairs. They had samples of already made sandwiches so you can see what they're like. We had the bulgogi sandwich- wow! It was served with THICK toasted white bread and stuffed full with bulgogi! Yum! Loved it! I want to try the avocado /egg sandwich the next time. Bubble tea and other drinks too. Thumbs up for this one! read more

Aloha 'Aina is located in H-mart on the second floor. As of right now 07/15 you're able to enjoy your food at the food court. This review is for their shave ice. We ordered the match and strawberry flavor. Ice cream and mochi balls are included on both, as well as the condensed milk on the side. For the match shave ice, they also include Azuki beans. My favorite would have to be the matcha! The strawberry had a weird taste to me but my friend seemed to enjoy it. Maybe I'm just not a strong strawberry fan lol! Shave ice was also a decent size! You could probably share with another person (if you feel like it). 10/10 recommend trying their shave ice. Perfect for a hot day or to fulfill your sweet tooth! read more
I ordered the brown sugar bubble tea with boba. The 16oz was a little pricey for the size. The milk tea was really good, not too sweet. The boba is sooo good. Like really good and you get a lot. I wish I got a 20oz for 50 cents more. . The girl taking my order was really sweet and friendly, I wish I got her name. They have a wide range of different desserts and drinks. The atmosphere is pretty chill if it's not during a busy time. read more
This boba bar seems to be trending down during COVID. Although the place still looks clean, they have reduced staffing. They still make a decent bubble tea drink, but there was only one staff member working on this occasion. Previously, there were two. The food court is less crowded and that has affected their business. Also, their options are more limited, so you cannot really have them adjust your level of sweetness or other options. read more
Tasty place in in the H-Mart food court (2nd floor). Their main items are sanndwiches that are on a sort of sweet roll. There are multiple flavors, however got the volcano and the Ham + Cheese. Although pricey for the quantity, each were flavorful and was made ala minute so had a hot, fresh flavor. The texture of the bread is thick and flavorful to feel that you'll know if it's missing. The bread to filling was on point, with the cheese sticking out, making it that much more appetizing. The Dalgona iced milk tea was the drink of choice. Seems like everyone is on that train. The flavor and spirit were there, even though the expected milk forth/foam was not. They did have the crispy, caramelized crunch to add more texture to the drink. The sweetness is on the higher side, and if it was possible I would ask for it 50% sweet. It's a nice snack place that gives you a pleasant reprieve from the heavy Korean and Asian influences from the first floor. read more
This place is located in the foodcourt above H-mart. There is a paid parking lot but my friends have always been lucky enough to score street parking (by fisher). When you go up the stairs, Aloha Aina is the first shop on your left. We ordered: * Bacon cheesy bite toast - The Hawaiian bread is soft and sweet which complimented the saltiness of the cheese PERFECTLY. It was a little bit messy to eat but IMO good bread to stuffing proportions, temperature, and flavor. * Strawberry Shave Ice - This was sweet, fruity, and creamy! Much more creamy than your typical shave ice which I really enjoyed. Its quite large so definitely share with a friend. * Dalgona milk tea with honeycomb toffee - This was just something different that I wanted to try and it definitely did not disappoint! Something fun and something new! read more
I ordered a Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Milk Foam, and it was pretty good! Make sure you mix brown sugar drinks because the brown sugar tends to sit in the bottom. It's on the sweeter side definitely. Never tried Milk Foam before and it was surprisingly not too sweet and is a good addition to the drink. My boyfriend also ordered the Honey Matcha Milk Tea with lychee jelly. Their lychee jelly definitely made the drink sweet. I feel like this is a good place when you're waiting on your food that you ordered from the other restaurants at the food court. They make your drink pretty fast, not a long wait. Service is friendly and they enforce safety during this pandemic. They also serve toast and shave ice - which look really good. I never tried but I'll be back to try it out! read more
The H Mart Food Hall is going to be a "dangerous" place for my taste buds and Asian street food memories. Walking by this Korean coffee & tea food stall, one can't help noticing their toasted savory sandwiches and dessert waffles. I questioned whether their sandwiches could be Korea's famous gilgeori-tostuh AKA "Street Toast" which I've eaten for breakfast while visiting Korea many years ago. The toasted sandwiches on the poster drew me in to give one a try because they looked similar yet different (in a good way) from what I've known as gilgeori-tostuh. To me, the breakfast sandwich that I've eaten was basically a sweet egg and cabbage filling sandwiched between 2 thick slices of grilled buttered white bread. Also, Koreans are noted for their love of coffee and so it's no wonder that Aloha 'Aina offers the current social media sensation, Dalgona or honeycomb toffee milk tea (IG whipped coffee). Sorry, they only serve it with whole milk and don't have lactose-free or alternative non-dairy milk. But, it pairs well with either a toasted sandwich or sweet waffle. FOOD: -Bulgogi Lovers Toast: my sandwich was packed with bulgogi (Korean grilled meat), preserved vegetables, a slice of American cheese and topped with slices of jalapeño peppers. The sandwich was about 4" thick and served in a white cardboard open sandwich box. The bulgogi was tender and its marinade was slightly sweet. As I munched into the sandwich, the preserved vegetables gave this sandwich a bit of a crunch as the melting slice of cheese oozed with each bite. I had to re-think my thoughts about gilgeori-tostuh and accept that these sandwiches at Aloha 'Aina are wonderful variations of the sweet egg omelette street sandwiches. $7.50 -Dalgona Honeycomb Toffee Milk Tea: this coffee beverage has its roots from South Korea. From what I understand, it was popularized by a Korean actor who ordered a whipped coffee beverage in Macau and likened its flavor to Dalgona, a Korean honeycomb toffee. I took the chance to order Aloha 'Aina's Honeycomb Toffee Coffee even though I had inquired if they use non-dairy milk or whole milk. The counter girl said they only use whole milk, for now, possibly may have non-dairy substitutes in the future. Ok, I won't drink the entire beverage as I am mildly lactose-intolerant. Two things stood out about the beverage that I received, 1- the coffee top layer wasn't whipped like social media shows and 2- it was easy to stir-in the honeycomb toffee (sitting atop the coffee layer) that slowly dissolved into the beverage. I liked the flavor but was disappointed that the coffee wasn't whipped as I've seen on social media and have done at home. $5.50 The service was friendly and pretty quick. Everyone observed proper social distancing. Oh, for now, this vendor does NOT accept cash so those who don't usually carry cash, you'll be happy that you can swipe, tap, or insert your plastic here! I would have given Aloha 'Aina 5-stars but only gave them 4.4 stars because given the current takeout dining restrictions, they did not provide takeout containers or packaging for their sandwiches or waffles and I was disappointed that my Dalgona milk tea didn't have the whipped texture. However, flavor-wise, I was pleased with the honeycomb toffee (Dalgona) and perhaps my disappointment is misplaced. But, I'd still return to try their other gilgeori-tostuh, er Street Toasts. read more

As we were walking in to H Mart for the first time we noticed almost everyone walking out was holding a little box with something that looked like toast in it. We did our shopping and decided to venture upstairs to the food court. As we walked around we kept seeing the little boxes. I finally decided to ask someone and they said "Aloha Aina" so we made the turn and there it was. I wish I took a picture of the menu. We got 3 of their sandwiches. They all have this amazing scrambled egg. It's so fluffy and tasty. I had the ham and cheddar, daughter had the avocado and boyfriend had the bacon cheddar. The bread was slightly toasted and sweet. A must have and a must go back to try the others. read more
Aloha 'Aina is located in HMart Kakaako on the second floor in the food court. You can't miss it because it's right on your left when you get to the top of the stairs. I really wanted to LOVE this place because I kept seeing pictures on IG of their menu items that were drool worthy. On my first visit here, I HAD to try their toast sandwiches. There were five different types - Hawaiian Egg, Ham Cheese Volcano, Bacon Cheese Bite, Bulgogi Lover, Avocado Go Green. Bulgogi Lover seemed the most appealing. I did enjoy the crispiness of the sweet bread. The rest of it was just 'eh'. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to rave about either. They don't cut the bread completely into two pieces, so one end is able to hold the ingredients in. However, that leaves you with a hunk of bread toward your last bites. On my second visit, I HAD to get the matcha snow milk shaved ice (Matcha Love) that wasn't on the menu when I went the first time. Being a matcha fan, I didn't want to miss this. You can get it in a cup ($9) or a bowl ($14). My friend and I were already kind of full from eating dinner from another vendor, so we opted for the cup. Good thing we did because again it was only 'eh'. Don't think this is shaved ice because it says shaved ice in its name. It's snow milk shaved ice, which means that the flavors are infused into the milk before it's frozen. When frozen, it's then shaved into snow. So rather than just ice that's shaved and then drenched with syrup, the ice is already flavored. It definitely has a different texture than shaved ice. It's more fluffy than icy. Not as cold, so you won't get that brain freeze effect. They also top it with azuki beans, mochi balls, green tea ice cream, condensed milk, and poke a Pocky stick into it. While it was enjoyable, it wasn't memorable and didn't leave me wanting more. All in all, I got my fill of trying something different, but I don't think I'll be going back. Tip: Make sure you have a debit or credit card on hand. They do NOT accept cash. read more

I came here to try a sandwich and the dalgona milk tea. I ordered a bulgogi lover sandwich and the dalgona milk tea. There was one girl in the front and a cook in the back. She took my orders and quickly prepared everything. I ordered to go. So once I got home, my sandwich was soggy. I threw half in the air fryer and it was good. Bulgogi and jalapeños was weird but I kind of liked the little spice. The dalgona milk tea was't that great. Definitely a pretty instagram looking drink but it was literally whole milk and honeycombs on top. I barely tasted tea. I liked it better when I got home and added almond milk. It tasted way better! They should be able to substitute milks. read more
My mom bought me a sandwich from here even though I already had a huge bowl of noodles from Ireh but this looked good so I ate it anyway. I had the ham cheese and egg sandwich and a bite of the sandwich with guacamole. I didn't try the drinks or anything else though, although they look very trendy and there's huge posters with them on it. The bread was a little crisp on the outside but very light and fluffy. It was a little too wide to fit in my mouth, but it was a great breakfast for lunch type of sandwich, with creamy and fluffy scrambled egg and a nice tangy sauce. Maybe a little boring but it was pretty at least. I liked the sandwich with guacamole more since it had like a wide variety of textures and flavors, but this place's sandwiches are probably more for the look and for the bread than the fillings. read more
