I really appreciate that they let you adjust the sweetness level too, because who am I kidding... I definitely don't need all that sugar. The service is always welcoming, professional, and quick. On one visit, I ordered a honeydew melon milk tea and they accidentally made a winter melon instead. I noticed the color looked off and let them know, and they immediately apologized, made the correct drink, and even let me keep the first one (which made a friend very happy). Never have I seen a location that serves up not just desserts but Vietnamese bentos and sandwiches...a lot of it ready to go that I got a bit overwhelmed as there's so much going on. What also seems different here as well is their original sugarcane drink even making it flavored as well...is this offered at other locations as well? Teapresso glassware is a love different from the mason jars these are a bit more cute love both the tall glassware with the sleeve as it looks so secure. The staff here is a delight making my drink just my way which is a peach black tea no boba light sweetness was super yummy and it had bits of dried peaches that I do love as it soften after each sip I just didn't expect it at all. There's no seating in this tiny nook but there are some tables provided by Bishop Square outside, and early birds are in for a treat as they serve coffee for $0.99 from 7am to 10am talk about a good morning! I tried their cold brew recently and it was good. It was definitely smooth and satisfying especially after lunch. So I came the next day had another one. And then I saw a sour sap with jasmine iced tea sign on the wall. On the third day, I tried their soup sap with real fruits in it. The only mistake I made was taking the small straw instead of the boba straw so I had to use a fork to grab the fruit. I'm a coffee addict but it was nice to try something different. I don't like sugary drinks so I asked for no sugar and sour sap was sweet enough naturally. $6 for healthy drink is well worth the try. read more

This location is out of the way for me because I don't live or work near downtown but used to visit their century center location and enjoyed their banh mi in the past. However, the last time I had their banh mi i ordered through delivery and it strangely had margarine in it. Couldn't finish it because the margarine had an artificial sweetness to it. Went back again today and was glad to see mayo again in the combo banh mi. I like that they add scallions or green onions to their banh mi but wish it was fresh rather than a scallion oil like it was today. I went later in the day so sadly they didnt have any summer rolls ready. I also had a house milk tea and the worker was very kind to remake it because I said the first drink was too sweet. I yelped and found that Alii place parking garage has cheaper rates than bishop square so I parked there and crossed the street. Will be frequenting here more for my banh mi fix now that I know where to park :) read more

My intentions for this place was for that boba fix but for some reason, this time I was drawn to the food. While waiting in line to place my initial order of a taro milk tea with coffee jelly (which I recommend), the banh mi was calling my name. I noticed that one of the specials was a crab cake banh mi which made me instantly want to try as I usually go for a chicken banh mi. For $11.99, the banh mi consisted of three small crab cakes, cilantro, pickled carrot & daikon, lettuce, tomato, and sauces. The bread was nice and crunchy however, the sauces made the banh mi a little too messy. Although it didn't deter me from eating all of it. It was perfectly seasoned with the right amount of crunchiness of the bread and vegetables. There a little hint of spice but it didn't overpower the dish. What fell short for me was the crab cake as it didn't taste that fresh and had that strong crab smell. The crab cake also fell apart and it didn't bring any texture to the dish. I'll give this place another try for a different banh mi. Overall I would still go there for their teas whenever I would crave for boba during my work week. They also have a rewards program which at this time I was able to redeem a free drink so it worked out for me. Originally wanted tea but ended up getting lunch and a free drink. read more

The teapresso special banhmi has a pretty good amount of filling and I def prefer this place for banhmi than other options nearby. This banhmi had lots of pate and a decent amount of cha siu and steamed pork. If you like pate, this is the banhmi to get! The summer rolls were premade in front of the register and were huge. Cons: -not always available (I ordered delivery twice on separate occasions and had my order cancelled by my delivery service because the store didn't respond to my order, even though on Yelp it said the store was open) I actually like teapresso. But more than once I experienced cancelled orders when doing delivery. Would definitely like to see that improved. But overall otherwise I'd still order from here. read more

This location is the only location where 1 employee makes all the food and 2 employees who makes the drinks. My 2 co-workers had been here before and recommended summer roll with shrimp. She said that they had the cheapest price in downtown. Per employee, food were prepared and available by 9:00 am. They included summer roll with shrimp and some other foods. My order was summer roll with big pieces of shrimp and fishcake banh mi. Fishcake banh mi is kind of pricey but has good taste. Summer roll was worth it with big pieces of shrimp. I originally just stopped by for some boba but couldn't resist when I saw the photos of their sandwiches. The banh mi bo kho was delicious! The beef was tender and the bread was soft and fluffy on the inside. The bread and beef stew were perfect together. Teapresso always has the best boba and this shop is no different. The boba was soft and tasted freshly cooked. Upon entering I was greeted by their friendly staff who immediately took my order. I was in and out of the shop within 8 minutes and really appreciated their efficiency. I couldn't be happier with my food and drink and will definitely be back soon. read more

I ordered the BBQ Chicken Banh Mi (spelling) sandwich. I usually never post reviews but I felt that I had to. Negatives: -the cost. $8.49 plus tax and on top of that if you use your card there's a line for tip. During COVID times you feel obligated to tip. I eneded up tipping $1.33 out of courtesy. So I basically spent $ 10.22 on a sandwich. I don't like when take out places leave a line for tip. The patron feels obligated to tip. -all bread. I paid $10.22 for hard bread that cut the roof of my mouth. I opened it up and it was maybe a small handful of "chicken", 5 pieces of pickled veggies, and green lettuce. -piece of bone. I was chewing and I felt something hard. I pulled it out of my mouth and there was a piece of bone! Small, white, piece of chicken bone. After that I lost my appetite. -lots of chicken skin. I paid for a chicken sandwich and I got a lot of fatty chicken skin. Disgusting. Pros: the bread tasted good. Good location. Maybe the bubble tea is better? I would not go here again. read more

I've bought macarons from here in the past and decided to buy myself some today. Upon opening the container, I discovered two fruit flies in there. One was stuck to the cream of a macaron and another was just in the container. Needless to say, I will not be buying any food from here anymore. Update: When I called them in regards to this, they did apologize and offer a refund, which I appreciated. They ensure that you get everything in one bite, the peanut sauce perfectly paired with the rolls as it created a creamy yet slightly sweeten taste. The milk tea never fail to exceed my expectations as they always choose to use real tea, which I absolutely love. Entering a Teapresso Bar located all around the island, you expect the usual drink option with milk tea as their specialty. Although, it's nice to see they also try to incorporate food into their menu. The owner was very open and optimistic when she greeted me.
