Best prices since most times they are over $2 nowadays. A lot of rice, but decent size slice of spam. Good size egg. Little bit salty for me, but otherwise tasty. Rice is not all gush, but also not hard - just the way I like it. New go to spot for my musubis!

I had to celebrate getting my blood pressure down...not today Satan ( Big Pharma and their prescription meds )...with an iced beverage and went with their Iced Chai Tea Latte. It was alright. For $7, a solid deal. There are benches to sit and enjoy your beverage but there was a man in a bikini top and skirt...so I just walked over to my car. They have a 3% surcharge on CC transactions. The owner's name is James and he was very helpful with the menu and suggested I try the latte with kola nut syrup. I got mine iced in the 12oz cup and it came out to around 7$. I'm pretty sure the latte it self would have been great, you can taste the rich flavors from the coffee and the oat milk he used added a nutty taste that boosted the kola nut syrup. The inside was super nice and clean as well with plenty of places to sit and relax as you enjoy your coffee, it's a cool little lowkey spot that will make you want to spend your entire morning there. Not to mention having fish cake right next door incase you want to shop after your coffee. It's very important to support local business especially in the times we are currently living in, and Rubyviolet makes it very easy to do so. Located right in the lobby of Inspiration furniture store is a cute cafe called "Stage Cafe"...open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am-3pm is a great place to relax or to just grab a snack as they do have some grab and go sweet and savory items and right above the chiller is a Specials menu chalkboard and noticed it's all the items in the display chiller which is Salmon Salad, Spinach Salad and Truffled Egg Sandwich. They also had some Coconut Macnut Bar and Bread Pudding which was tempting but resisted as the soup of the day "Spicy Thai Curry Soup" was something that I just had to try and the single staff running it all absolutely recommend it which didn't take much convincing as something comforting like soup is very much needed. Cashing out they did the usual of anything else to which I asked about drinks as I do see an espresso machine in the back but don't see a menu to which she apologized that the tv screens were off was quite strange. There's no prices on the specials board but was on the items itself but I had no idea what the soup and latte I got with soy milk cost and wasn't told as well didn't sit well with me as I was given a total without a receipt. There are a few tables including a cute seating for children the vibe here is nice and welcoming but the pricing on items with screens off whether it was broken should clarify on pricing but the soup was absolutely delicious with lots of chunky veggies never I'd imagine finding that here is mind-blowing and with lots of free parking makes it a great meeting place or just a break from furniture shopping Stage Cafe offers a lot and is the best find here in Inspiration. The owner is an artsy and wonderful lady, and the service here is always great. I branched out from lattes to her desserts. They're amazing! I just brought home the pumpkin crunch, which is the best pumpkin crunch I've ever had (and the reason why I'm leaving a review). It takes a lot of skill to be a good baker, and a lot of research to get espresso right. I'm very happy this cafe exists! I don't know how much money they make, so hopefully one more good review will keep the foot traffic going.

Not sure if it's Kaka'ako Eats or Honolulu Baking Co but it's the home of the Starbucks treats they used to supply and I do come here to grab moms favorite Oatcake whenever I can and today was one of them. Located in more the industrial area near BJ Penn which is a lot of construction currently going with condominium rising everywhere you can still find a bit of old Kaka'ako here as this building is a massive bakery and was told that it goes all the way throughout with everything they need to bake up some yummy treats which they do. With the construction alone street parking is impossible but I just find a spot in the lot to park for quick pick up. The lady there is just a delight speaking so proudly of their facility and the yummy treats they have and some savory breakfast as well, give them a look as supporting local is easy and Ono! Love walking around a neighborhood then finding these little gems of places…read more Kakaako Eats just opened last month as an outdoor coffee and breakfast eatery featuring baked goods from Honolulu Baking Co and delicious savory bites ! It's a great little grab and go spot with a cute outdoor seating area. Perfect place to get some shelter from the sun and let your fur baby take a moment to rest while you enjoy one of their delicious breakfast burritos or stuffed bagels or tantalizing baked goods. The customer before me assured me that the Pineapple upside down cake would not disappoint. Learned that the baked goods are also sold at the Honolulu International Airport, catering events, and formerly was the main supplier for all the Starbucks in Hawaii. I remember those delicious amond croissants and oatcakes. And, yes, you can get those delicious baked goods at Kakaako Eats, on a rotating basis. Today they were featuring their pineapple upside down cake and fresh baked scones. I opted for a breakfast burrito and blueberry scone... for later. Then later came and time to enjoy the scone. Again, I was wowed by the deliciousness. For a mere $3 enjoyed the most delicious blueberry scone loaded with fresh blueberries. It was on the smaller side, but so was the price. I prefer it that way. Makes me want more. Maybe tomorrow when I walk my friend's fur baby. Scone 9/10 Breakfast burrito: consisting of wrap perfectly grilled, filled with turkey, white cheese, tater tots, and a whole lot of deliciousness. Served with the most delicious salsa (really... love) that housemade salsa. Also available breakfast bagels, breakfast sandwiches, the most delicious looking musubis, and other items on a rotating basis. ...Not hot enough? Use one of the "Adoboloco" hot sauces to kick it up a notch. Hot sauces also available for purchase here...just call ahead to order. 9/10. Pandan coffee: served iced cold and refreshing.
