Great place and locally run! Thai pearl milk tea and honey tea are my favorites. Order ahead or use their kiosk.

I love Sharetea I usually go once or twice a week but this is one of the worst locations I've tried. I ordered a whole lemon black tea normal sweetness as I always do and it was completely undrinkable. It tasted like a cup of lightly flavored sugar water. The lady who was asked to remake the drink was nice about it, but then I guess the guy coworker remade it. I taste the new one and it still tastes like lightly flavored water but now with absolutely no sugar. For comparison I usually get 80%-100% so I know how sweet it should be and this had to be about 150% if not more which is ridiculous. I'll never come back to this location again, it's a nice location but if you can't make drinks correctly what's the point. read more

I have been here twice. It's in close proximity to my place. Parking right in front might be challenging at times. Coming to tea. I loved their tea. My favorites are taro and matcha however I do love others as well. Just to keep in mind not all drinks comes with bobba. For instance matcha tea and classic coffee does not come with bobba and we have options to add toppings such as pearl, lychee jelly, mini pearl, herb jelly, apple jelly, red bean, aloe Vera, pudding. Lychee jelly is my another favorite too. I tried kiwi fruit tea with Aiju jelly and it was refreshing. They have a wide selection of fruit tea, brewed tea, milk tea, fresh milk tea, crema, ice blended. Cozy, all age customers, good selections. Me and my family loves this place. Usually the staffs are pretty nice, smiley and welcoming but the second time we went a lady took our order was did not seem to be happy at all. No acknowledge what so ever not just us but for the rest of the customers followed us. May be she was having a bad day. I don't want to go to somewhere where I feel I unwelcome. I don't expect it to be cheesy and fake but atleast just a smile. Awell, I loved the prior experience here. Me and family loved this place and we will come back. read more

Very nice and convenient location near my job, Sharetea is nice and quick for something to slurp on during my lunch break. The shop was clean with a lot of wooden interior and nice bright colors advertising the many options and variety Sharetea has to offer. I got my usual Regular Milk Tea with boba during happy hour. The price is a bit more expensive than what I'm used to (Sharetea's over $4 vs. other places $2.50), but because it was happy hour, I got a BOGO and because of that, the price didn't matter to me anymore. The speed wasn't any different from any other boba shop but the tea was pretty much perfect. I got it with less sugar and it was spot on. The tea itself was nice any cold and the boba was soft and wasn't hard and powdery. Verde Tea Cafe in Warm Springs is my ult but if Sharetea continues their happy hour deal then they might gain a new regular! read more

Got the wintermelon drinks for my kids. The drinks were very sweet. If I have know the wintermelon was sweet I would lowered the sugar level. Place looks clean and tidy. I live in Hayward, I used Hayward and San Leandro and they use my card stamped and that place refuse to do it because they said only in San Jose?? Excuse me I didn't go San Jose or live in San Jose....if that was true then why the one I went to didn't use "phone number" as Fremont Sharetea said? They won't stamp my card that's upset me. Okay. First off. Let me say that I love sharetea. Ive been to the one in union city and San Jose so when I saw that they are opening one in fremont. I was beyond excited. I went here on their grand opening day. They advertise on five stars that they having a bogo so of course my girlfriend and I have to jump on this deal! The place is roomy and have lots of space to sit down and chats with friends. One thing I noticed is that some chair is still wrap up in cardboard. At least hide it in the back or something and not at front of the store. When we got there, we were told that their bogo must be the same drink?! Okay that's fine. But same sugar level and ice? Why? Sigh. I like my drink not to be that sweet while my girlfriend love the drinks extra sweet. -1 star I know that this is grand opening so service might be a little slow so I'm not going to complain about that. 30 minutes wait for the drinks to come out. We ordered a honey milk tea. When the drink came out. The drink tasted more like honey water. No tea or milk favor. On the plus side. They are playing edm music so that's pretty cool. I'll give this place a try again but I'll wait and hope for some improvement. read more

Good atmosphere to have fun & chill with your friends/family :) Sometimes there will be long lines but they usually get through orders pretty quickly. Cashiers are all very nice and patient (at least every time that I went there). The store is a bit small and have a small variety of board games, though. Every time I've come in here I've always gotten what I ordered and within a proper time frame. Whenever I also brought friends here to hang out, they liked the place, too. Hopefully, hot food can be added to the menu soon instead of just having tea. Maybe little snacks to have with the tea. That's my only issue with this place is that there's no hot food served. Other tea places like Tea Papa (which closed) served small snacks like onion pancakes and things like that but for what I ordered and what I received on time, this is five stars. read more

Love the seasonal kiwi drink. I placed an order here for my wedding and Nikki and her team did an excellent job making sure the drinks were on time. Only downside is they cannot deliver, but most places in the area did not deliver as well. read more

Fremont has so many great milk tea places and they can be hot or miss. I had the wintermelon tea with lemon, 0% sugar, and mini boba. It was so good! I've never had mini boba before and they were fun to eat! The service was quick and efficient. It was busy so that was a good sign. They don't serve any food, but there is a Safeway and Indian restaurant near by which are great. I recommend this place! read more

Really fast and nice service and drinks are up to par to any other Sharetea location. For any drink I would recommend doing 80% sweetness max on any drink especially if you get toppings (tends to make the drink much sweeter). read more

They definitely spent effort on trying to make it look nice and they've accomplished that, making it an enjoyable location to sit at. This is the first time I've been to Sharetea. I had tried me tried i-tea, tapioca express and tea station. i-tea is extremely slow and you wait about 20 minutes for one drink. Taro-taro I had wanted to try but the wait was for 30 minutes, so I never tried it again after that. I typically get the taro snow. I have to say out of all 3 places I like sharetea the best. I got the taro drink with pudding and it was really tasty and it came with a large cup too. I was so full after I drank it. I felt it was quite filling. The good part is I could not believe they got my drink in 5 minutes. I will not be going back to i-tea again. So happy to have tried this place and it is good. read more

This place has some very rude employees, I ordered a classic milk tea with boba and lychee jelly around 7pm. The guy that took my order repeated my drink back correctly no mistakes, but when I got my drink I told the only girl there that they forgot the boba. She remarked rudely "well I have to charge you extra for the boba" I said no the guy repeated my drink back correctly. Then she became even more rude,fixed my drink with to much boba and less lychee. And said "there you go" no sorry, or apologized for the inconvenience. Wow, not my fault that you guys messed up my order,well keep this up peeps and you'll loose a lot of customers and your business eventually. Disappointed, tried coming here on 06 Nov 17 (Mon) and at 2030 hrs they were all closed, done for the day lights off. Really? Hours state they are supposed to be open until 2100 hrs Mon. I get it they are independently owned and Management gets to close whenever they want, but unless it was a real emergency, that's extremely unprofessional and is what makes customers not trust the business. Sharetea in UC and SL are way better. Especially SL (San Leandro @Greenhouse). Don't think I'll be coming back unless I'm in the area. read more

I have tried a few drinks here and they are very delicious. A bit more variety than your typical teahouse. I would have given 5 stars, but I'm all about customer service. I guess I maybe old fashioned, but I do value good customer service. They are not rude by any means, but it's nice when you walk into a business and feel welcomed. It's the same vibe every time. In my opinion this is an easy fix for the business to earn 5 stars-moving forward. I would still recommend this place. Later post: Stopped by this place on 6/25/18. This place is going down hill. This is the worst Sharetea location I had ever been to. The owner should trained the staff how to treat customers before assigning them on duty. Obviously they just trained well enough to charged money rather than doing decent customer service. With me being the only customer waiting in line ready to order, the cashier just ignore me for over 10 mins. And if I don't call her and let her know that I want to order, she would have pretend that no one is standing in the ordering line ready to order. Worst customer service ever. read more
